Conveniently located and just a three minute drive to the village of Carmel by the Sea, this completely furnished, one bedroom cottage is in a quiet residential area, with a beautiful view of the ocean. This cottage is tastefully appointed and will provide you with that perfect get-away.

The cottage is cozy and comfortable, complete with a fireplace, hardwood floors, a king-size bed, comforters, and a window seat with lots of pillows to curl up and read. It is a split level unit with the living room/kitchenette on the top level and the bedroom and bath below. There is a television in the bedroom and one in the living room with DVD player, a stereo, and a fully-equipped kitchenette. French doors open to a deck overlooking a garden with a beautiful view of the ocean. This cozy cottage is ideal for a couple for that special get-away. Not suitable for children under 6. No Pets or Smoking Please.

The cottage is a short drive to Carmel's wonderful restaurants, shopping, lovely beaches, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, numerous golf courses, wineries, and hiking trails. Do not miss the AT&T Golf Tournament, Concours D'Elegance, and Monterey Jazz Festival, to name a few of the many events this wonderful area has to offer.

Rental Rates .. $3200/month ..$1200/week .. $200/night (2 night minimum required).
$200 Deposit Required to Reserve; $250 Damage Deposit.
Reservation Must Be Paid in Full 45 Days in Advance of Stay (60 days for holidays/
special events)  Cleaning Fee of $75 minimum charge.
Non-refundable cancellation fee of one-half the total rent if cancelled
within 30 days of the date that was reserved unless the cottage can be
re-rented.  Special Events and Holidays $225 per night.
AT&T and Concours 4 night minimum.  Taxes are included in all of the above rates.
