This cottage is non-smoking and dog friendly (upon approval). This is an enchanting, ocean motif cottage with a partial ocean view from the living/dining room and just steps to the seven-mile sandy beach with no busy street to cross and no stairs/rocks to climb. It is the third house from the beach! Spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It is located in a residential neighborhood, but yet just a short stroll to town and park.

An abundance of sunlight captures the delightful ambiance of the living/dining room with plush leather sofas encompassing the stone wood-burning fireplace with CD/tape stereo, cable TV with 70-plus channels, and DSL internet. All of the amenities of this cottage is on the main floor with no stairs to climb. In your search for a vacation home rental please remember that my cottage is just steps to the beach - no need for a vehicle or bike to drive to/from the rental for those special nature calls.

Both bedrooms are adorned with knotty-pine paneling and include a queen-size bed with white goose down comforters and/or Pendleton wool blankets, cable TV, and clock/radio. You may want to open the bedroom window and possibly have the sound of the ocean surf lull you to sleep. This kitchen even has a turkey roaster pan and a large pot to cook your freshly-caught crab! It is complete with teapot, coffee pot, coffee grinder, blender, mixer, and wine glasses. A backyard patio is partially fenced with an umbrella table (in the summer) and charcoal barbecue.

A vacation just would not be complete without your family dog! What a delight to see them coming off the beach... if they had lips they would be smiling ear to ear! I supply dog bowls, doggie pickup bags, and a complimentary towel to dry your furry companion after rinsing off the salt water from a splash in the Pacific!

You do not clean; after all, it is your vacation! Cleaning and laundering of sheets and towels after your departure!
