This beautiful home sits between Park City Ski Resort and Main Street... a short walk to both. Renovation on the home was just completed in January 2005... almost everything is new. Since my wife and I bought and refurbished this home has never been rented. We had planned to live in the house, so no expense was spared. The town lift servicing Park City Resort is two blocks away. A free shuttle stop servicing Deer Valley and The Canyons is a block and a half away. For any Sundance Movie goers, you'll be in the heart of it all. With a free shuttle just outside your front door, servicing all parts of Park City, there is no need for a rental car.
