While making the reservation 50% has to be paid as a deposit. Balance payment is payable 1 week before arrival or in cash upon entering the premises! Payments must be made by bank transfer to a Spanish bank account. The booking is considered as confirmed only when the money is delivered to the account! A caution deposit of € 3,000 is required for any possible damages incurred, which will be refunded upon proper handover of the property. The deposit should be made in cash or even by bank transfer!
