Newly remodeled mountain home located on the north side of beautiful Lake James in the heart of the Bear Cliff development in Marion, McDowell County. Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, water & snow skiing, hiking or just relaxing on our covered floating boat dock with swimming platform. The dock is positioned on deep water on one of the largest open-water areas of Lake James with over 150 miles of shoreline. There is a large deck above the dock with picnik table.
Our home was completely remodeled in 2004 and offers a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances, a dining area, three bedrooms (which will sleep eight), two baths, one with washer and dryer, a living room with satellite TV and a heated and air-conditioned sun porch which looks out toward the lake. We are located 40 minutes east of Asheville, 30 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one hour from Mount Mitchell and one hour south of Boone and Blowing Rock.

We also have a covered floating boat dock with swimming platform & deck, satellite TV with DVD player, washer& dryer, modern kitchen W/microwave, range & oven, cooking utensils and a Weber charcoal grill (BBQ)
