This is a beautiful two-story townhouse in Water Oak Villas, a gated community in Palmetto Dunes. It is located on the first fairway of the Robert Trent Jones golf course, one of the more scenic courses on Hilton Head Island, and is a seven minute walk, or a three minute bike ride to a four mile long private beach. The plantation has 11 miles of lagoons, used for fishing, canoeing, or kayaking.
There are also miles of jogging and bike paths, a marina with many wonderful shops, a great tennis facility, and many great restaurants. There are also two other great golf courses in the plantation. In short, it is a great place to vacation, with something for everyone in the family.
