In a stunning exquisite location, we have furnished this wellness apartment with attention to high-quality. Everything was selected with a lot of attention paid to detail. Furnishing and equipment set the high standard of the location and the apartment in order to be able to offer the demanding guests this true gem.
A large sunny balcony ('Kaiser-Mitte 1') or a little bit smaller ('Kaiser-Mitte 2') with comfortable garden furniture invites you to have relaxing hours after busy city tours.
'Kaiser-Mitte 1' is on the raised groundfloor, 'Kaiser-Mitte 2' on the third floor of a small multiple family dwelling.
Through a wide green area on the backside and a relaxed construction on the front side, a lot of light and sun comes into both apartments. It is located at a small and quiet street. The raised ground floor of 'Kaiser-Mitte 1' is high enough, so that passengers cannot look inside.
Smoking within the apartment is not allowed, but you can smoke on the covered balcony.

Hatte beruflich in Berlin näne Alexanderplatz zu tun und war in der Ferienwohnung mehr als gut aufgehoben. Kurze Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und trotz zentraler Lage ausgesprochen ruig gelegen. Mit allem über das Notwendige hinaus ausgestattet. Wenn ich wieder einmal in Berln u tun habe, quartiere ich mich gerne wieder ein. Bis zum nächsten Mal!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (Tram/U-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe; 2 Stationen zum Alexanderplatz) und trotzdem sehr ruhig in einem angenehmen Wohnviertel. Kneipen im Prenzlauer Berg sowie am Hackeschen Markt sind auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt befindet sich ein gepflegter Supermarkt (bis 24.00 Uhr geöffnet). Die Wohnung ist ideal für zwei Personen. Sie liegt im Parterre eines ruhigen Mehrfamilienhauses und ist modern eingerichtet, vollständig ausgestattet und in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war sowohl vor unserem Besuch als auch bei der "Wohnungsübergabe" sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Unser Fazit: Jederzeit wieder !Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car.

The "Kaiser-mitte 1" is a well-furnished and comfortable apartament. It's very clean and everything works perfectly. The suburb( Prenzauler Berg) offers a good choice of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and parks. the tube station is at short walk. I thank the owner and I'll surely recommend it to my friends.
