Our family had a wonderful vacation on 10/6-10/13. We LOVED all the amenities this condo had. This was the best condo we have stayed at. We have been to dozens and this was the BEST! Thank you Kelly for responding fast to my emails. You are very professional and we appreciated that. This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the bright open floor plan. No matter where we looked we had a wonderful ocean view. My husband and I enjoyed hearing the waves from our bedroom every night and morning....what a wonderful time. We will be booking again very shortly!!!

Great condo !

This is a lovely bright and spacious apartment on the 9th floor with great beach and pool views. Furnishings are of a really good standard and clean throughout - beautiful kitchen and lounge area. Our teenagers loved theTVs in their rooms and we all had plenty of room. Kelly was really helpful and responsive to any questions . The location is also great. We were visiting from the UK and this was our first visit to Myrtle beach and I was really happy that we were right on the beach and that it seemed much quieter than the main bit of Myrtle Beach and wehad a Tanger outlet and numerous restaurants only minutes away. Overall would highly recommend.

Wonderful property!

We stayed here during a week in August of 2012 and had a fantastic time. The condominium is truly special. It is immaculate and the furnishings are high quality and in excellent condition. The beds and sheets are super comfortable. The unit is on a high floor with a panoramic view of the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom suite. We have stayed at Sea Watch before and this unit i superior to other units in the development. Kelly is super organized and is a pleasure to work with. We hope we will have another opportunity to stay at this property again.

A Cut Above

This was our first stay at this particular 3-bedroom at Seawatch although we've been renting at this great resort for seven years running. This unit is very nicely appointed and well kept. Tile floors and granite countertops beat out rugs and formica found in many other units. All three bedrooms are of decent size and have distinctive style each thier own. The ocean views from the units are great and complemented by a large amount of glass for viewing. Shower was clean and powerful - we're a short family and were comfortable in the shower but taller folks may be a bit cramped (but not a reason not to rent here). The only negatives were an ice make that was pretty slow (however ice-makers available and working on every-other floor) and some missing lighting tiles in common bathroom. I'll leave a description of the SeaWatch reviews to others but will say it is a great place for all ages. I would definitely recommend this unit.

My family and I spent a week in this condo from Aug 4th - 11th. I have to say that it was definitely a great choice on my part. Lol The condo was very spacious (we had myself, my husband, my 10 yr old daughter and my 19 mo old son, plus my mom and my mother in law). It was great! We had plenty of room and we never felt like we were on top of one another. The rooms were very nicely decorated (like 5 star hotels) and the accesories supplied were awesome. There were beach toys for the kids, everything you could think of for the kitchen, board games, books etc. Each room had a TV and there were 2 balconies that both had awesome views of the oceanfront! We loved the condo and we had a great time on our trip. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We never drove more than 15 min to anything. We went out to eat every night, played putt-putt, went to the pavilion to ride the big ferris wheel, visited broadway and barefoot landing, etc. I would HIGHLY suggest this place to anyone looking for a very nice, spacious, home away from home. We plan to visit again, and if we can't stay here we will definitely look at their other properties too. Kelly was great to work with and very organized and did exactly what she told you she would. Please don't pass it up!!!!!

What a great vacation condo, just returned to Pittsburgh could not wait to write my review! Loved the beautiful decor with all the comforts of home. The photos and descriptions are depicted perfectly. This condo also had extras not listed such as beach chairs, beach mats, iron, and ironing board. If it didn't have it,you don't need it! The Seawatch is a great vacation resort for all ages. You could try some activities at the pool or just relaxing in the sun or shade.The staff at Seawatch are very kind and polite.Every day the employees would greet you with a friendly conversation. Kudos also to Kelly for the great packet with instructions and recommendation. We tried some of what Myrtle Beach offered also some delicious eateries, shows, jet skiing, and deep sea fishing. We enjoyed ourselves and I am sure you also would by choosing this property. Thank you to Kelly and Anytime Properties.

This room was AWESOME!! The place was better than the pictures. The property was very well equiped and had everything we needed. We pretty much made supper every night but 2 and those nights we ate at The Giant Crab and The Carolina Roadhouse, both very superb. I recomend this condo to anyone , very close to many attrations.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures and descriptions are very accurate. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked several large meals in. The beach was a little crowded but it was mostly families and children that we had fun meeting. We will definitely try to arrange another family vaca here.

My wife and I took our 19 month old daughter and my parents to the beach the week of May 19-26. This condo is great. We had a slight problem when we arrived in that our keycode for the entry door to the unit did not work. However, the owner answered her phone and quickly solved the problem for us. The keyless entry was very convenient the rest of the trip. The condo is beautifully decorated just as you can see in the pictures. The views are great and there is a lot of glass. The kitchen is well stocked. We like to do some cooking at the beach and the only thing we brought with us was a large stock pot for a shrimp boil. The kitchen had plenty of nice pieces. The one thing I will emphasize about this condo is that it has nice furniture that is very clean. I don't mean that it is only clean from the cleaning crew (which it is), but it feels very well taken care of and inviting. Sitting on furniture or lying on the couch was very comfortable and felt like home because everything was so nice and so clean. The complex has plenty of parking. It also has an ice cream shop, a restaurant, and a very nice pool area. The location was very convenient to area restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again.

We just returned from the most relaxing week at the beach. The condo was absolutely perfect in every way! The beds were so comfortable and the views - what can I say! BREATHTAKING!!! Can't wait to return and we definitely will stay in this condo if available!

We had the pleasure of staying in your condo last week and I must say, it had to be the best location of the Sea Watch property! We had a balcony for viewing the ocean and we had a separate balcony for viewing the pools and entertainment! There are so many amenities and we sincerely enjoyed our stay at Sea Watch and this beautiful condo! We will be back!

Outstanding Vacation and Condo

This was an absolutely great vacation and the condo played such a great part in that It isn't your typical condo, it actually felt like a home. The decorating that was done was excellent and it has everything you could imagine that you would need. For a family of 8 that flew for vacation that is a major plus. From the funiture to the linens and on to the wall decor you tell that lots of thought and professional decorating abilities went into this condo. We would most definitely not only rent from Kelly and Anytime Properties again, but would love to hopefully get this same condo. Kelly is an excellent owner to rent from. She answers all of your questions and makes sure you get everything you need to make your renting experience an easy one. In addition to the outstanding condo, the Sea Watch Resort was an amazing place to stay. Besides the 5 outdoor pools, 2 covered pools, 7 hot tubs and 2 lazy rivers, they have a dj that comes twice a week and tons of activities for the kids (and adults). My grandchildren, 5 and 3 loved it. Great place to stay. Thanks Kelly!

I don't even know where to begin. This unit and resort was unbelievable. We had everything we could have asked for and then some. This unit is fantastically decorated and has everything you need. We have stayed at other places before this unit, but not anymore. This is our place to stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo. We just got home from our stay in this wonderful condo! We were there for the week for a Dance Competition. The pictures are completely accurate. It is very clean and the decor is beautiful! The view from the 2 balconies is great - a great place to sit and read a book! The property offers everything you could need! We had so much room - it felt like being at home! Very close to the outlets and not far from anything else - we were back and forth to the convention center with no problems. We hope to be lucky enough to get it next year when we find out our schedule!

This vacation condo isn't just a vacation, it's a home away from home. It includes everything you need and then some for a very nice comfortable stay in Myrtle Beach. It is very well maintained, clean, and very spacious for everyone. It also is in a great location within Myrtle Beach. This is actually our second time renting this particular unit and have also rented another one from Kelly within Sea Watch. She is very good to rent from since she is so patient in answering all your questions and getting everything you need in order to rent. We would recommend the restaurant Cagney's and the Carolina Road House is also very good.

Our vacation stay at this Seawatch property was WONDERFUL!!!!! The ammenities were just as described, and our stay was so.....comfortable! Our favorite part was the outstanding view. Undescribable. The sounds and sight of water and waves were at all the open areas of the condo. Will definetly recommend and stay again .........Such a restful week !!!

This condo is wonderful - has a beautiful view and lots of light. The pictures show an accurate description of the unit. The owners have done a great job with the decor and we loved having two balconies. The pools and spas are wonderful. Plenty to choose from including two lazy rivers. Plenty of activities for the kids and adults. The condo is in a great location - close to all of the main attractions and restaurants. Kelly was very easy to work with! We would definitely recommend this unit along with Sea Watch to everyone.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful vacation home. We will never stay in a hotel again. This condo had everything you could need for a carefree vacation. Everything is just as pictured and was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed all the balcony space and the views were outstanding. Every aspect of renting this unit couldnt have been easier or more convenient. All questions were promptly answered and the whole transaction went smoothly. This unit is so conveniently located to so many attractions. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to anything we wanted to do. Barefoot Landing and the Tanger outlet mall and tons of restaurants were minutes away. Myrtle Beach itself has a lot to do for all ages. We enjoyed the beach, shopping, mini golf and especially a dolphin cruise on the Sea Thunder. You wont be sorry if you rent this beautiful condo.

Our vacation was awesome. The condo was everything as promised and more. The unit itself was clean and well-appointed. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs and the DJ days were alot of fun. Even got a bonus day on Friday. The view was great as was the location. Would definitely look to rent this unit again in the future.

We stayed at your condo 7/31 - 8/7. EXCELLENT ocean views! The pictures do not do it justice. We were able to watch dolphins playing in the surf. Amazing!! Condo was very nice. Had nice furniture and kitchen fully stocked. The only negative thing about the kitchen is that it needs a pantry. Had no where to stock food items. Luckily the kitchen counter was very big so we stocked our food items there. Balcony was very nice! The location of the condo is very good! We had a pleasant vacation staying in this condo. Thanks!

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 children and her parents the week of July 10, 2010. The unit is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The first thing that hits you is that no matter where you are.... living room, kitchen, master bedroom.... you can see ocean staring back at you. it literally is as close to the ocean as you can get without actually being in it!! The place is clean, well equipped and the 6 of us had no problem spreading out and having our own space. As for the hotel itself, the pool is great and the DJ on Tuesday and Thursday is great! even a thunderstorm Thursday couldn't stop the party. we all had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

We thoroughly enjoyed out stay in this unit. We had stayed in another unit at Seawatch before, but plan to go back to this unit as soon as we can. The listing photos are helpful, but don't do the view justice. The interior of the unit was comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped. The bedrooms were a nice size and well appointed. The space was comfortable for adults, teenagers and young children. Kelly was very helpful when we had questions and should be very proud of the lovely condo. Our kids are already asking to go back. Our family had a great time enjoying the beach and the pools and relaxing on the balconies. We definitely recommend this property.

We just returned from a wonderful week in Myrtle Beach and stayed in Seawatch #914. The condo was beautiful with fabulous views. Loved all the windows and the balconies. My 2 sisters and our husbands had a wonderful long weekend in this condo. The place was beautiful, immaculate and so comfortable! We have stayed at Sea Watch several times in the past (but not thru VRBO) but the furnishings and decor in this condo were far superior to any of the others. And the views!! WOW!!! The whole process thru VRBO was very efficient and pleasant. We'll be back!!

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean it was as close to home as you can get.Everything you would need was furnished. The view was great and the patio furniture was top notch.The pool was awesome and the hot tubs were very relaxing. The Seawatch is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Although the weather was not that great, we still had a great time at Sea Watch. The condo is beautiful and had absolutely everything we needed, and the kids really enjoyed all of the activities and indoor pool and hot tub. The king size bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! We will definitely stay here again.

We have just returned from a month in the beautiful condo 914 in the North Tower. We have come to Myrtle Beach for over 35 years (almost annually) and have stayed at Sea Watch approx. 7 times. This Unit is THE BEST! The proximity to Tanger Outlet and Walmart is so convenient. The Unit itself is truly a "Home away from home." With 2 balconies, the view is outstanding. The decor is tastefully done - all freshly painted and the furniture, bedding and linens are all first class. Appliances, utensils, cookware and tableware are all quite adequate.Most importantly, booking is very easy - Kelly is most efficient and pleasant. We thank Robin & Scott for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful home and hope to return again next year. The Keogh's from Alliston, Ontario

We had a great week in Myrtle Beach. This unit was perfect. Lots of windows and 2 balconies. It was very nicely furnished and had all the comforts of home. Sea Watch itself is also a wonderful place to stay. The location is great and having heated pools(which can be hard to find in October) was exactly what we were looking for. We would love to stay again.

After visiting Myrtle Beach for the last 10 years we have finally found a Home Away from Home! We spent a week in your condo and enjoyed every minute of it! The furnishings are beautiful, the view from every window is amazing. We took full advantage of the decks. Everything we needed was stocked in the kitchen! A personal favorite was the bedding--from the lovely sheets to the beautiful comforters and pillows. We also enjoyed the numerous games, books and beach chairs. As I said before..everything we needed we had! Thank you and we look forward to next year!

We just returned from our stay at this luxurious condo! Everything was simply stunning and we couldn't have been more pleased. We have been staying at the Sea Watch and a number of other places in Myrtle Beach for years and this is by far the nicest condo we have rented. Robin, Scott, and their assistant Shawana are a pleasure to deal with. It has all the amenities of home for cooking and the condo is very spacious. The view and location of the unit is perfect. Your condo was everything and more then we expected. It's a great location and resort, which I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. We stayed in this condo Thanksgiving week 2007. We has seven total people (4 adults/3 kids) and there was plenty of room. It is as nice as advertised. Robin and Heather are great to work with and make the reservation process quite easy. As this was my first VRBO experience, I was a little skeptical, but there were no problems. The condo is really nice and the resort has everything you need, with a great beachfront location. The condo is located at the end of the hallway corridor and is really quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors at all.

This condo is beautiful decorated! We looked long and hard to find the perfect condo that would fit 2 families and this condo with it's floor plan was perfect, we truly could not have asked for anything more. It's hard to book a condo for a week without seeing it in person, you truly have to go by the pictures, but trust me, you won't be disappointed. The kitchen is well stocked, the views are amazing and the owners are so friendly. We had such a great trip we are already beginning to plan our next trip back to Myrtle Beach!

what a lovely unit. we have stayed at sea watch many times in the pass. but this unit was by far the best. from the decor and wiews and location.we had a great two weeks and the weather was wounderful also.robin and scott was very accommodating.we would recommend this unit. thank you .

What a wonderful unit! We have stayed in Myrtle Beach for the past ten years and travel several times throughtout the year and this is by far one of the tops. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. The decor' is beautiful and feels like home. I loved the two balconies. The one over the pools made it easy to keep track of the teens and the one overlooking the ocean is so peaceful in the morning. What a place to watch the dolphins and drink a cup of coffee. Sea Watch is close to Wal-Mart, which is convienant and bypass 17; which makes it easy to get around Myrtle Beach. The Robin and Scott Hall were extremely accomodating, friendly and sincere. They made it easy from booking to returning pool passes and keys(NO CHECK IN WAIT OR NO HASSLES). We liked this unit so much we are booked for next year already. This unit comes highly recommended from a seasoned traveler.

We've just returned from a most wonderful vacation in Myrtle Beach - we are already planning our next one! If we are lucky we will be able to stay once again in your lovely condominium. It was everything we could have asked for and more. Comfortable furnishings (especially the beds, couches and deck chairs), great location and more. Everyone, especially Heather, was kind and helpful. Check-in and out was a breeze, thanks to her. I would most definitely recommend Seawatch and your condo to anyone. It is perfect for a great family vacation. Thanks for making ours great!

Absolutley wonderful! Our first stay in this property was definitely one to remember. We can't wait for next year! A routine maintainance issue was cleaed up quickly and courtiously--so rest assured if there is anything that needs attention during your stay, it will be taken care of. The entire transaction via VRBO/email/phone was smooth and professionally executed. Thank you for providing wonderful memories for my entire family.

Wonderful place to stay. Great location - less crowded than downtown area and convienent to everything. Seawatch is the best resort we have been to in Myrtle Beach and is ideal for families. This unit is beautiful. Can't even compare to the standard rooms at any resort. Plenty of room, great balconies, comfortable furniture, and tasteful decor. Highly recommend this unit.

Just returned from a weeks stay in this condo and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This condo is beautifully furnished and offers fantastic oceanfront views. Seawatch Resort is one of the nicer resorts on Myrtle Beach. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

I must say, this is the most beautiful condo I have ever stayed in. My husband and I were so impressed and it felt just like home. I will most definately be renting from Robin again and what a great pleasure to deal with someone so nice.

My family spent the week of Thanksgiving there. We have two grandchildren and we had so much room for them and their toys etc. and we still had our space too. Which made for a fabulious vacation. and an awesome condo, beautifully decorated. Very sweet to deal with also, and was concerned about our comfort, and needs. Phyllis and Johnny

This is a fabulous condo! We have stayed in condos in various beach locations for years, and this is by far the most upscale unit we have ever seen. We loved the Seawatch Resort -- great location, great pools with fun entertainment. Would definitely recommend.

What a great condo!! Robin has done a fantastic job of making it feel just like a home away from home. From the new white cabinets to the tile floor and granite counter top - this is a great place to stay. The balconies are perfect.. great views and just high enough to be removed from the pool noise! The resort is very nice as well - not your typical Myrtle Beach resort - it has everything on the same property - no parking elsewhere, 5 large pools, and away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Myrtle Beach.
