Twin Oaks Villa located off #10 Green on the Harbour Town Golf Course with views of #10 & #16 tee and green. Short walk to Harbour Town Village and Lighthouse

New Carpet through-out installed 11/2011.
Well maintained and very clean with pool located steps from the villa (75 feet).
Villa complex is one of the smaller and less crowded as most units are not on rental market.
Five minutes from Sea Pines Beach Club (owner and guest access only) with parking and bike racks. Lunch and dinner served plus entertainment during spring and summer.
Walk to Harbour Town Village to visit the Lighthouse, Nature Center, Park and Tree House, or listen to live music during the evening.
Master and guest bedrooms upstairs, each with private bath. First floor half bath, kitchen, dining room, family room and two patios. Patio on golf course is partially shaded while other patio is enclosed with gas grill.
Linens, towels and soap provided. Master Bedroom: king-size bed, DVD/VCR, cable, bath, hair dryer and ironing board. Guest Bedroom: two twins, a twin roll-away, bath, hair dryer. Kitchen: Fully equipped with new microwave, coffee maker, blender etc. washer and dryer in separate laundry area. Family Room: DVD/CD home theater, cable, movies and games. Golf Side Patio: table, chairs. Back Patio: gas grill, table and chairs.

We love to walk on the golf course in the morning and evening. Especially the walk up #16 around the corner to the right up #18 along the Calibogie Sound. We also enjoy sunsets at the Beach Club.

The villa is more spacious than it appears from the pictures on the website. The owner was very helpfull and made our first visit to the USA a truly memorable experience. Thanks Steve.
