3280 sqf, two car-oversized garage, plus 8 more cars can be parked on WIDE, OPEN, FLAT driveway. NO hassle of parking in street and getting tickets for it. No narrow steep driveway to fear on snow or in dark. We also custom built 8 bike stands and ski snowboard rack in garage so you can store your toys safe and sound. Also garage has a full size fridge for your use.

You don't have to worry about taking garbage to public garbage dump. All you need to do is to gather garbage and leave it in garage garbage cans. SO easy!
Unlike other rental houses this house is managed solely by owner with full attention and care. You will see, feel the difference when you step in. As a matter of fact, this is the only short term rental this owner has, and it's my pride and passion. If you have any problem, you can reach owner 24/7 who can come over immediately.
This house is intended for family vacation, not for wild, loud parties. SORRY NO MORE CHURCH YOUTH GROUPS. Absolutely, positively no more than 14 people. This means max head count over night is 14. Every kid at any age counts as one person by MPOA rule. This house complies with all the rules and regulation of Massanutten Home Owners' Association and therefore any violation will result with immediate eviction, loss of entire rent and deposit. Why the Owner Chose Massanutten Resort
Originally, I wanted to buy a house on top of the beautiful mountain, but quickly realized the importance of safe access and good parking. When I found this house with a wide, flat, and huge driveway, I was so relieved. The moment I entered the house, I knew this was my dream house! Since my purchase, I built a yoga studio, hot tub room, and renovated much of the interior. Sunlight floods the house through the five skylights and huge windows. I hope my house brings you as much happiness and harmony for your family vacation as it has brought me.

We had a great (winter) family get together at this home recently. The home was in excellent shape with a fully stocked kitchen more than enough room for everyone to spread out and relax. The property is located on the resort and the ski lodge is just minutes away which was very nice. We will look forward to returning.

What a wonderful place this was for our 14 person family reunion! The house is beautiful, well maintained and was stocked with everything that we could possibly have needed. The owners are very easy to work with and they made us feel welcome and at ease! We hightly recommend this property and would definitely use it again ourselves!

?We recently spent four nights at this lovely home. We had 13 family members which included three generations aged 19 to 76. The house was big enough so we could enjoy sit-down meals together and game playing, while still allowing plenty of space for alone quiet time. The kitchen had every dish, bowl, pot, pan and gadget, plus the basic flour, sugar, coffee filters, TWO coffee pots, spices, paper towels, etc. needed to prepare whatever meal was planned. (When we returned home, I noticed someone had inadvertently packed the straw container full of straws in with our stuff, so I’m not sure if the owners will be providing straws in the future - you may want to bring your own straws!) The house was spotless, and had plenty of nice linens and towels. It was well maintained, making it a breeze to move in, get settled quickly, then pack up and move out. We have stayed at numerous VRBO’s around the country and we rank this one as THE BEST EVER!

This house is one that we have used for 2 years in a row and I will recommend that it be used in the future. It has all the amenities of home and is great if you are having any type of getaway for a weekend or even a week. I am truly impressed and the space is unbelievable. We slept 12 with no problems and could have fit 5 more. The location is great! We will return.
