Inside, the BRIGHT AND OPEN FLOOR PLAN includes an open kitchen, dining area and family room with A/C. In the family room there is a double-size futon and a fold out full-size sectional couch. The private bedroom has a queen-size bed. Outside, a long driveway (shared with the Main House) leads to your own parking area and beautifully landscaped archway entrance. A private side and rear lawn and patio with hammock, patio furniture, adirondack chairs and outdoor shower with hot water.
This rental is ideal for a "couples getaway" or families with one to two young children. Baby/Children's supplies available upon request (pac-n-play, portable eating chair, bed rail, etc.).

We spent years biking the island, staying in B&B's and then renting houses all over the island. We love everything Edgartown has to offer. This property is close to town (1 mile) and South Beach (2 miles), near the Bike Path, yet far enough away to enjoy the quietness.
