Welcome to our vacation home in Orlando, Florida! It is located in the brand new Terra Verde Resort community, ten minutes from Disney World.
The house was completed in August 2004. It has 2827 square feet and includes six bedrooms, four of which are master suites with their own private bathroom. There is a two-car garage. The house has a lake view, a south-facing swimming pool, a covered porch in the back with a hot tub, and the entire pool, deck and porch area is all screened.
The house is equipped with bed linens, bath towels, complete kitchen utilities, dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, refrigerator, and washer and dryer. Every master suite has a television. The family room and living both have stereos and DVD players.
Our house sits in a wonderful gated resort community called Terra Verde. Terra Verde features a clubhouse which includes all of the following:

Sea World: 20 minutes.
Orlando International Airport: 30 minutes.
There is also a Wal-Mart Super Center within seven minutes which has food, clothes, wine, beer, and everything you will need. It is open 24 hours every day. About two miles from the home is Route 192, a busy road with virtually every kind of restaurant from fast food to elegant dining.
