We are offering our newly renovated two-bedroom villa on the rental market for the first time. Marilyn Turner, local home designer, transformed our home into a premier vacation getaway. We are located in Evian Villas on the seventh fairway of the golf course. The pool and 6 {free} tennis courts are steps away.
The villa has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.It sleeps four to six. A large-screen TV, wireless high speed internet and free long distance. The private patio has a veiw of the fairway with a gas grill. The family room opens to a view of the golf course and lagoon. All new european bedding makes sleeping a dream.

We look forward to our annual trip to Hilton Head. Mostly because we know we will relax once we arrive. This condo has all of the comforts of home and is beautifully decorated. We look forward to walking across the street to the pool, a bike ride on the many trails or to the beach and of course golf for dad! This condo is convenient to anywhere you would want to go on the island. It's perfect! For all these reasons---we feel so blessed to vacation here every summer! Thank you for sharing it with us!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our recent stay in Hilton Head Island. Thanks for sharing your Evian villa in the Shipyard area. It was so quite and beautiful and we enjoyed being close to the tennis courts and lake in Evian. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and it was nicely decorated. Our dog enjoyed his walk to the beach and seeing the ocean for the first time!

We just returned from a week at Hilton Head and were so pleased with the accomodations. The condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location! We will definitely go back!
