Great family home within walking distance to Seacliff Beach. Seacliff beach is the home of the Cement ship The Palo Alto. This beach is great for walking, playing in the surf, sunning and watching wild life. Home is all on one level and handicap accessible.
Very large living room with wood burning fireplace. There is a dining room plus there is eating area in large well equipped kitchen. The kitchen will be remolded by summer 2006. Home is built around an inner court yard where there is an outdoor eating area and gas barbecue.
Parking pass for the state beaches and parks provided. Two bedrooms have a queen size beds and one bedroom has three single beds. In the second living room there is a futon couch/bed. There are two hidabeds in the living room. There is also a second small kitchen area.
This smoke-free home is great for a family
Home is close to Capitola village and six miles from Santa Cruz. Santa Cruz has an old fashioned boardwalk with a world famous wooden roller coaster. Also in the area are several wineries. Carmel, Monterey, and Pebble Beach are just an hour away.
San Francisco approximately two hours away. Great hiking areas close by.

Kay is a very sweet person to work with and her home is friendly and comfortable, we had a very relaxing time and the most amazing beach is so close by! The house is alot bigger inside than the pictures showed there is ample space with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 kitchens and a family room and large open living room with a remodeled kitchen with granite counters. There is also a wonderful atrium for alfresco dining area with BBQ. Thanks again Kay :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

I came upon this wonderful rental when looking for a place to stay for my nephew's wedding in Aptos, as most hotel rooms were taken for this busy weekend with Cal Santa Cruz graduation, many weddings, and Father's Day. I must say we felt like the luckiest couple of all our family members when we came upon this delightful, peaceful, comfortable home. Others in the wedding party were complaining of crowds, noise, etc., and we felt so privileged to be "at home" in peace. Everything in the home was more than we ever expected. Comfy couches, fully-equipped kitchen (actually 2 kitchens!), dreamy beds, fireplace, courtyard (with BBQ), easy access to everything... I could go on and on. I would definitely recommend this wonderful home and we hope to be able to return again very soon. Very nice owners too! We LOVED it.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

This is such a wonderful home! It is is very warm, inviting, and spacious. The house is even bigger than what the pictures show; our party of 6 had plenty of room. Everything in the description is accurate, it is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is stocked well with supplies...I realized I forgot to being a mixer for my cupcakes and, sure enough, I found a mixer in the cabinet. It's the little touches that matter, and these wonderful owners know how to make guests feel right at home. We recommend visiting the beach nearby (5 min drive) or Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk (18 min drive). We can't wait to go back! :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, people with disabilities.
