Why the Owner Chose North Coast Village
For many years we dreamed of owning a condo in North Coast Village. It reminded us of our favorite spot in Maui! Oceanside Beach is simply the best in Southern California. You can walk on the beach for miles, and there's lots of sand! It's not crowded like many other beaches in S Cal. The town is unique and charming, and new shops and restaurants are springing up every week. I love swimming in the Olympic size heated pool, and there are great restaurants from casual to gourmet. Our guests love the location because it is between Disneyland, Knott's, and Universal Studios to the north, and Sea World, Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo to the south.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
There are so many things to do--the Harbor has boat and kayak rentals, fishing and whale-watching excursions, and it's just fun to watch the boats. Or, we love to just hang out and unwind! The great thing about our condo is that you feel right at home. We hate staying in hotels because you are all in one room. And, we just recently remodeled our master bedroom so that is completely privatized with a locking door! (One of the only 2 story 2 BR's like this at NCV.) And it's so nice to be able to have a nice kitchen, whether you want to use it for breakfast and snacks, or cook for the whole family.

Steve and I lead a very busy life in Real Estate here in San Diego, and we LOVE to come to our beach condo and RELAX by walking the beautiful beach and enjoying the breathtaking ocean view, and falling asleep to the sounds of the surf! We've shared many great family times together here with our two sons, daughter-in-law, and baby granddaughter! We definitely don't like to "rough it", so we've furnished our condo with all the amenities we enjoy in our Del Mar home, like luxury linens, comfortable beds (our guests often want to buy one just like it), luxurious furnishings, LCD televisions, and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. We know you'll enjoy it as much as our family does!

Our own little paradise!! Close to everything we wanted and everything we needed was right here!! From the beautiful bedding to the boogie boards and beach chairs, you thought of it all!! We could hear the ocean in every room and the view was incredible!! Thank you Steve and Susan for sharing your beautiful penthouse with us and making this experience such a wonderful memory. You really went to great lengths to make sure our visit was everything we hoped for!! We can not wait to return! Chuck & Kristi
