Carnelian Woods Townhomes are conveniently located in North Lake Tahoe just five miles north of Tahoe City. It's close to many of the major ski resorts (Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, North Star) and the Northstar shuttle is just five minutes from the unit.
When you stay at our townhome, you also will have access to a hot tub, sauna, game room, tennis courts and an Olympic-size pool (summer only). You will also be near to some stellar restaurants like Garwoods that are just a five minute walk away.

It is a three bedroom plus loft unit that sleeps eight comfortably-a tri-level unit with over 1700 square feet of living space. It has been recently remodeled with exposed cedar ceilings and pine railings to yield a real Tahoe rustic atmosphere with a simple balance of convenience and charm. We had a great vacation in this condo August 1-8, 2010. We have been vacationing in the Carnelian Woods condos for over 20 years and this a a condo you should definately consider.. This condo has some nice updates and has comfortable furnishings and beds. It is decorated adorable and has lots of amenities. We has 6 people, My husband & I with our twins boys age 7 and my brother and his wife. There was plenty of room for everyone and we especially liked the loft where the kids could watch TV and play games. The location is great.....close to the lake, river rafting, shopping and dining. We also enjoyed the pool and miniture golf. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back!
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
