Join in on the excitement of staying at one of North Myrtle Beach's Best Vacation Resorts. This complex opened in June, 2004. This beautiful two tower luxury oceanfront building located in the Crescent Beach area offers a 200 foot lazy river, 110 oceanfront pool, indoor pool heated in winter, kiddie pool, two oversized hot tubs and an exercise/fitness room. All outdoor pools are heated in the winter months and the condo has high a speed internet connection in the unit.
Our Condo is an oceanfront end unit on the tenth floor of the North tower that overlooks the lazy river. All this and more can be found on the beautiful beach of this year round resort town just footsteps from the ocean. There is plenty to enjoy in all seasons.
Our spacious 1800 square foot four bedroom/three bath condominium which has been professionally decorated offers a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry, breakfast bar, granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. There is a separate dining area and a living room with sliding glass doors that lead to a 27 foot balcony where you can relax and enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the sounds of the ocean.
The master has a king-size bed, a private bath with whirl pool garden tub, separate shower and a double sink. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the oceanfront balcony. The second bedroom has a two queen-size beds. The third bedroom has two queen-size beds and the fourth bedroom has a king bed. The third and fourth bedrooms have their own connecting bathroom. There is plenty of closet space in all the bedrooms to meet your needs. Each bedroom has its own television and a DVD or VCR player. All the bathrooms have granite and ceramic tile.
This unit also has a laundry room with a king-size washer and dryer. The covered multi level parking garage is across the street, however Motorcycles, Trailers, RV's and Boats are not allowed. Also, No Pets Allowed.
We are just minutes from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Broadway at the Beach, Grand Prix Amusement Park and many other Myrtle Beach attractions. Our place offers all the amenities of home and much more so please give us a call if this luxury resort meets all of your vacation needs. From Memorial Day to Labor Day rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals available from Labor Day to Memorial Day.
