Four women stayed in a one bedroom. It had plenty of room. The furniture was old but of good quality and everything was very clean and we loved staying there. Barbara was very nice and helpful with out questions. Perfect location and we felt very safe.

Recommended for:Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Utilizing this specific listing, the apartment I got was not in any way like the pictures posted. I was overcharged and after fighting for the box spring was too tired to argue more. The management had copies of the same email correspondence as me and could have verified what I was quoted if they had chosen to. I was to have a studio but was "upgraded" to a one bedroom apt due to availability. The location was good, the doormen professional. The management was argumentative but took care of the bed issue listed below by providing a box spring....I think it came from the basement. The walls were dirty and unpainted, the furniture was old, in disrepair and ugly. The bed frame contained a "mobile home mattress" atop a piece of plywood and covered in thin plastic, no mattress pad. All the linens were approx 50-100 thread count with polyester bed coverings from KMart. The towels were frayed and worn. They jackhammered the street till 11:00 at night and the noise was unimaginable. When they stopped the street work, the neighbors took over fighting and slamming doors. This would be a good place for folks looking to have a lot of space cheap who dont care at all for comfort, just don't go by the pictures...I could have stayed at the W in a small room with amazing sleeping ability for less. yelp reviewed under id

We recently stayed at this location. we found that the 1 bedroom apartment was quite comfortable and very clean and good value. It is near the U.N. and an easy walk to Times Square. Should we visit N.Y. again we would certainly stay here and will recommend it to acquaintances who may be visiting N.Y.

The accommodation was clean though decoratively somewhat "tired" particularly in lounge. All the basics were in good order - shower,fridge etc. The main problem was excessive noise from air conditioning units of other buildings. Other than that, would recommend and use again. Maid service was a bonus we hadn't expected! Great central location too and we found a very friendly bar/restaurant nearby!

Our studio apartment was located at 210 E 47th St. The neighborhood was safe and the building secure. Grand Central Terminal and Times Square are within a 45 minute walk from this location. The studio was adequately sized for three adults. Accommodations were acceptable, although the central air conditioning was not in service at the time we were visiting. Our room was a bit warm but management was able to provide us with a portable fan, which improved the situation. All in all, we found our visit to be enjoyable and would consider staying there on our next visit.
