This Bayberry Landing Condominium is the perfect year-round vacation spot with all the amenities of home. Our condo features a master bedroom with a Queen bed, a second bedroom with a Queen bed and one twin bed, two full bathrooms, plus a loft with four twin beds.
Take in the beautiful sites and many activities that Chautauqua County offers. Our condo is conveniently located near many of the region’s attractions, including the world famous Chautauqua Institution, Cockaigne, Holiday Valley, and Peek n’ Peak, and the new Lake Erie Speedway.
During the evening, stroll through Bemus Point, often referred to as a "little Cape Cod." Sit and rock on the porch of the Hotel Lenhart, then on to dinner and music at any of the local restaurants. On those winter evenings, relax in the warmth of the fireplace with pellet-burning insert.
The property common areas offer ample room to relax in the sun or play a game of horse shoes or frisbee. There are chairs and picnic tables located near the water.
