Cute totally remodeled two bedroom home four blocks from South Beach, three blocks from downtown, two blocks from the beginning of the Kal-Haven bike and hiking trail between South Haven and Kalamazoo Michigan, and four blocks from Kids Corner on the beach.
The home has a large fenced in yard with two decks, outdoor tables, Weber charcoal grill and a gas grill. Wagon for transporting kids and toys to the beach.
The home has two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed, cable TV and DVD, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, ceiling fan and air conditioning.
The first floor has a well equipped kitchen. The dining room has a large table for six. The living room has a queen-size sofa sleeper, cable TV, DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a separate den area with easy chair. New Hardwood floors Spring 2009.
The home is located next door to another rental home offered by the same owners. Both homes are pet friendly.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and were thrilled with the location of the house, which is just a few blocks from town or the beach. The house worked for us and our dog with the fenced in yard being a real plus. We spent most mornings eating our breakfast on the back deck which was spacious with nice patio furniture. The house has a washer and dryer which was also a huge plus for us since we were there for a week. The two bedrooms are upstairs and the one and only bathroom is on the main floor. That was not a problem for us, but it could be for some families. In terms of cleanliness, I would say the house was fairly clean upon our arrival with the exception of the bathroom tub which was somewhat moldy and is in need of recaulking.
