Peaceful, comfortable, and loaded with old-world charm, this gem of a house is a short walk from the galleries and restaurants of Canyon road, and just minutes from downtown.
The two bedrooms (king and queen beds) are spacious and comfortable. The master suite has a private bath with a large walk-in shower. The full kitchen boasts brand new appliances and cooking accessories and opens into a lovely dining room. The living area is elegant yet comfortable with TV and a wonderful kiva fireplace. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The front portal and back patio offer an excellent opportunity for outdoor leisure and entertaining.
The house was lovingly remodeled in 2004 and has a clean, fresh atmosphere. Don't miss this opportunity!

peaceful, authentic, and quiet yet near the bustle

This Adobe near Canyon Rd. delivered on all promises... and then some. I've traveled a lot, but never had such a quiet, comfortable, sleeping environment. The small patio and grill came in handy, and it was nice to just chill at the adobe and grill out after a busy day. We were charmed by the nice touches, original paintings and furnishings that fit the mood of the surroundings. An extra nice touch was the provision of some basic staples such as seasonings and storage containers for food. One trip to the grocery store and we were set for the week without having to worry about the things you normally have at home. A short walk takes you to Canyon Rd, and it was only about 15 minutes to the Plaza; also an easy walk. Several cafe's dot the path, and make it an agreeable way to have a day in town. Subscriptions, about a 5 minute walk, is a great place to linger over breakfast and a paper. When the weather is nice, enjoy their two patios. The casita is clean and was ready for occupancy. No surprises. The owners were very good with responding to our questions and requests. Highly recommended for 2-4 people.
