We just returned from a month in cancun condo. The condo was wonderful and the view was spectacular. We really appreciated the beach chairs. The staff was very good, we loved Melisia our maid. I spoke spanish with her everyday. The Forum beach club that we understand is new this year was quite intrusive with their constant music during the day. The clubs at night were fine if you close the bathroom door and the door between the 2 condos. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car.

Just returned from a week in Cancun. The weather was not as good as we had hoped. The condo was clean and comfortable. The Maid Melisia was great. The view was excellent. If you go don't miss the Taco Factory. It is in the alley across the street. Julian is onsite if you need to go somewhere for a resonable price. Tuesday night was noisy. The City Nightclub has a party on the beach side until 6 AM. But is was only one night. All in all very satisfied with our stay. The condo is small but comfortable and very clean. If you like to swim and surf it is an ideal location. The staff and the residents are all very nice as well. Brian and Deb Green Valley, AZRecommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.
Owner response: . We are glad you had such a good time! This is the same unit my wife and I stay in and have completely remodeled it with new tile, furniture and appliances. While we are next door to the Hard Rock, Coco Bongos, and The City (99% of rental condos are a 25 minute Mexican bus ride to this most desired location) you won't hear any noise from the clubs as we are oceanfront. You hear the gentle surf and sometimes the Air Conditioner. When there is a beachside event like a wedding or one of the clubs has a special event on the beach you may hear some music. This usually ends by 11pm. There is a noise ordinance that is enforced on the beach. Thank You for your responce! Don Allen

HOLA, (JACK & JUDY)VACTION. LAST FEB27 - MARCH 5. WE LOVED IT. PLAN ON GOING NEXT YR AGAIN. I THINK IT'S THE BEST PLACE TO STAY, SUNRISES WERE GORGEOUS,BREATH TAKING, WE HEARD THE OCEAN WAVES ALL DAY & NIGHT. FRONT DESK VERY FRIENDLY, HELPFUL.EXCELLLENT SECURITY. TRANSPORTATION BY BUS IS THE BEST WAY!!!!!!!!!! FRONTDESK WILL TELL YOU WHAT BUS TO TAKE ANYWHERE YOU WANT TO GO. CONDO LOOK'S JUST HOW YOU SEE IT IN THE PICUTRES.
