Why the Owner Chose Spinnaker Beachhouses
Having first visited Seabrook Island in 1991, we fell in love with the natural beauty and the proximity to Charleston. We were thrilled to be able to purchase a Spinnaker Beach House 5 years later and especially, to be able to share it with others!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We selected our Spinnaker because of the stunning view of the golf course (18th green and 1st fairway of Crooked Oaks) and the closeness to the beach, golf club house, beach club, restaurants, etc. We love looking at the "daily show" out of our large picture windows that features golfers, deer, alligators, leaping mullet, herons, egrets, cormorants, and other assorted creatures. Pelican Beach is less than 200 yards away, where you can swim, walk, and watch the daily sunset.
Owner's Map of Spinnaker Beachhouses
We presently live in New Jersey and we are both retired educators. We love traveling, nature, the outdoors, warmer climates, low country cooking and history. For all these reasons, we chose Seabrook Island.

Cindi, We had a great time on Seabrook Island. Your villa worked out well for us. What a great view from the living/dining area! We were surprised at all the deer on the island. We actually saw a fox the first night we were there. Thanks for the dining tips. We liked Magnolias and the friday night buffet the most. You have a beautiful home. We're glad we stayed at your villa! Beth

Cindy, Seabrook was a wonderful place. Your condo was beautiful and had a great view of the golf course. My son is a golfer so he loved the location. The golf club allowed him to hit on the range all he wanted. My wife loved your decor of the condo. It was great to be able to walk to the pool, beach or restaurant. The weather was in the 80's the first few days and then dropped into the mid 70's. Your packet of information was very useful and much appreciated. Overall it was a very enjoyable break and we thank you for alllowing us to use your place. Mark and Teresa Ricaurte

Your villa was the prettiest condo we have ever rented. I loved your decorating scheme and it looked professionally decorated throughout. All of the colors were colors that I would have chosen myself and have at home. We had the most wonderful time. The weather was very cooperative. We really enjoy the food down there and the slower pace. We actually decided that we liked Seabrook better than Kiawah. We went to Newton Farms every day. The island was practically empty except for some older folks that we saw on the beach at sunset. That was a lovely experience. I would like to thank you and your husband for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.
