An amazing way to experience Seabrook Island

Staying at Cindy and Hal's condo was such a fun experience! I wish that we had explored so much more of the island early in our trip. The condo was a wonderful way to experience Seabrook Island. It easily accommodates 4-5 people as stated; it is clean, bright, feels very much like home. It is a short walk from the beach, but if you stay be sure to go and experience the "North Beach"--we sadly only discovered this on our last morning. If you stay on Seabrook, you will be wishing you had a vacation get-away there yourself. Highly recommended and very pleased with our stay in this condo.

Many thanks to the owner Cindy for sharing her beautiful home with us! The home was spotless and everything we needed was available. The decor was functional, up to date, light and cheerful and best of all very "beachy" ! We really enjoyed the open floor plan, high ceilings and wall of windows facing the golf course. Watching the golfers scurry around every morning provided much entertainment. The location was perfect. The beach was just a short walk away. Everything we needed was there !! The owner was incredibly easy to contact and very accommodating. Cindy was a pleasure to work with. Our family highly recommends this property.

Hal and Cindy, Are family really enjoyed our stay in your Spinnaker Villa. It was an ideal location to the beach and the beach club. We felt very comfortable with plenty of room for our family. The villa was clean, bright, and well equipped. We loved the close proximity of Seabrook to Charleston and enjoyed our lunch at Poogan's Porch. Great vacation, great villa and great memories. Marie

Cindi, We had a great time on Seabrook Island. Your villa worked out well for us. What a great view from the living/dining area! We were surprised at all the deer on the island. We actually saw a fox the first night we were there. Thanks for the dining tips. We liked Magnolias and the friday night buffet the most. You have a beautiful home. We had a wonderful time and the villa was perfect. We were extremely pleased!! My husband golfed and I enjoyed the beach (walked one end to the other everyday 2.5 hours). The beaches were ideal and we saw so much wildlife; dolphins, sharks, hermit crabs, fox, deer, alligators and leaping fish. One evening a mama deer and her fawn ran up to the ocean from the dune area and looked at us and retreated back. The poor little fawn did all it could do to keep up. That was truly amazing. Your directions and instructions were great. We had one of the most relaxing vacations ever. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for everything.

Dear Hal and Cindy, Just wanted to let you know we had a grand time on Seabrook. We felt like we had a private beach for the week. Your villa had all that we could have wished for--the location, the view, the amenities, the proximity to activities. We felt it was a great value for the money. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We will keep you in mind for future vacation adventures, to be sure. We even got to swim along with dolphins one day! Cindy, Seabrook was a wonderful place. Your condo was beautiful and had a great view of the golf course. My son is a golfer so he loved the location. The golf club allowed him to hit on the range all he wanted. My wife loved your decor of the condo. It was great to be able to walk to the pool, beach or restaurant. The weather was in the 80's the first few days and then dropped into the mid 70's. Your packet of information was very useful and much appreciated. We stayed from April 8 to the 15th and absolutely loved the villa. Location wise, you can walked to the beach in minutes. We saw dolphins about 20 feet off the beach and our daughter came within an arm's length. We saw pelicans diving for food, osprey right out the back door, crocs, herons, egrets... and some golfers too! We went in to Charleston 3 times, an easy drive up a very scenic river road. The new market place, Fairfields is almost all open, pricey but love Starbucks and picking up an easy meal. We would defninitely go back to this area and this villa.

We just returned from a month in your lovely home. The views are gorgeous and each day was a gift of sunshine. GREAT location, near beach, golf courses, lagoon and 18th fairway and green. Have already booked next year. Would highly recomment the owners and property.

Your villa was the prettiest condo we have ever rented. I loved your decorating scheme and it looked professionally decorated throughout. All of the colors were colors that I would have chosen myself and have at home. We had the most wonderful time. The weather was very cooperative. We really enjoy the food down there and the slower pace. We actually decided that we liked Seabrook better than Kiawah. We went to Newton Farms every day. The island was practically empty except for some older folks that we saw on the beach at sunset. That was a lovely experience. I would like to thank you and your husband for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

We absolutely loved this Villa. It had a wonderful view of the golf course and we could walk to the beach in minutes! The Villa was very spacious with many ammenities that made it feel like home. The decor was very nice and gave us that beach resort feel. We listened to live music at the beach, most nights, while we watched the dolphins swim by! This place is a must see.

This condo was perfect! Lots of living space to spread out. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are very roomy. Kitchen amenities were very nice. Great access to the pools, golf courses and restaurants. We were very pleased!!
