Our spacious 4 bedroom 2 bath (upper) unit has long been a family favorite on the Newport Beach peninsula with return vacationers year after year. Located 1/2 block (4 houses) from the sand and boardwalk, this upper unit of our vacation duplex is within reach of the area's best beachfront and ocean recreation Newport Beach has to offer: great waves for the accomplished surfer, yet gentle shorelines for the youngest sandcastle builder.
The 4 bedroom 2 bathroom upstairs unit offers an ocean view from its oversized balcony which has ample shaded seating and a barbeque grill for outdoor family meals. All four bedrooms contain wood-shutter window coverings, ceiling fans, and are spacious, clean, and bright.

Summer Weekly(Jun-Sep)$3400/week incl.10% city tax * $200 cleaning/linens
Winter 9-month lease (Sep-June): $3400/month (2009/10 booked)
10 guests maximum/summer 4 tenants maximum/winter
An additional refundable Security Deposit will be required.
To reserve 2010 booking: 1/2 total amount required - balance due June 1, 2010
Our properties are non-smoking only
