This quiet two bedroom, two full-baths, Villa-style condo is conveniently located off of Route 1 between Lewes, Rehoboth, and Dewey Beach, Delaware. This condo contains new furniture, including an overstuffed queen sleep sofa, wicker chairs, and a screened-in porch with a barbecue grill. The kitchen has loads of cabinet space with all the dishes and appliances you will need and more closets and dressers in the bedrooms to make your stay absolutely comfortable.

If you like to be on the go, we are just a quarter mile from the Rehoboth Beach Outlets, four miles from the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, and Dewey Beach, full of nightlife, great beaches, fun shops, and two miles to the Nassau Valley Winery. It is only two and a half miles to historic downtown Lewes where you can search for that perfect treasure in the many antique shops and boutiques, hop a head boat and go fishing, or catch the Cape May, New Jersey ferry for a quick hop over the water for more adventures. You can enjoy some of the finest restaurants in the area from fresh seafood to fine Italian and traditional American cuisine.

If outdoor sports are your passion, you have plenty to choose from. Cape Henlopen State Park has something for everyone. You can bike, walk, and jog on the two miles of blacktop trails. You can swim, fish, and collect shells on the sandy beach and enjoy the many varieties of wildlife. We are also located near some of the finest golf courses in the state. The Par Three golf course is just outside our back door, we are a half mile from the Heritage, four and a half miles from the Old Landing, eight miles from Baywood Greens, and nine miles from The Rookery. If you are interested in racing and gambling, we are just 45 minutes from Dover Downs and Harrington.

Come and relax on the patio and enjoy the wildlife on our scenic pond, walk outside our back door to the pool or play a round of golf at the Par Three golf course.
