This huge duplex is not only available to rent as each individual floor but as a whole too! It is ideal for mulit-families that want to vacation together. You can even bring the family pet with you, we don't mind! It offers off street parking for up to 6 or 7 cars depending on their size. It is located on the last street in Wildwood before Wildwood Crest begins, which begins directly across the street. It is conveniently located only one and a half blocks from the beach and boardwalk.
On the 1st floor of this duplex you can sleep 6 people comfortably. It has 3 bedrooms total. 2 of the bedrooms have queen sized mattresses and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin sized mattresses. It also has 1 full bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and off street parking. It offers a large front and rear porch. There is a large backyard with picnic table and gas grill for barbecuing on those hot summer nights. Also, there is a full outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after the beach.
On the 2nd floor of this duplex you can sleep 14+ people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms on the one floor with queen sized mattresses in each room, plus a very large attic above on the 3rd floor which can sleep 10+ very easily. The attic alone has 4 queen sized mattresses and 2 twin sized mattresses with plenty of room for air mattresses/sleeping bags. It also has 1 full bath, kitchen, living room, large dining room and off street parking. This unit has a large front and rear deck where you can actually see the ocean during the day. You will have full use of the big backyard with a gas grill and picnic table. Also, a full outdoor shower.
Rentals are offered on a weekend, weekly, and monthly basis ONLY! SORRY, NO SEASONAL RENTALS & NO SENIOR WEEK rentals. We DO permit PROM WEEKENDS ONLY! A deposit is required in order to hold a reservation and a security deposit is mandatory and will be given back to you at check-out time upon final inspection of the property. Small to medium sized pets are welcomed at no additional cost. Owners are responsible for curbing their pet(s) in and around the premises. Please call the owner for availability and reservations, if no answer please leave a message and someone will get back to you just as soon as possible.

No Wi-Fi, inadequate parking, 1 bathroom per floor & VERY BASIC cable TV. Besides these things, the house was fine. 1.5 blocks from the beach. Plenty of sleeping room. Which is good because we got married at this house. The house was clean. The owner was very helpful. The neighbors REALLY were great.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We rented the whole house back in 2005 including our family pets which was awsome. My sister, brother, nieces, nephews, and my parents just loved this place, it brought back memories of years gone by when we went to the Wildwoods as kids and we went every year til I the youngest graduated from highschool. We had a great time and I'm hoping to get everyone together again for a trip back. Don't know if its the same owners but I hope so, you couldn't ask for two nicer people they were the best.
