This brand new exquisite remodel is Tommy Bahama's personal beach get-away on the Pacific! The to-die-for kitchen has cherry cabinets, gorgeous granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, stone flooring, and is fully equipped for the finest chef. The cozy yet elegant living area is the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of fun in the sun, and is tastefully furnished with a tumbled stone fireplace and 42" LCD television with DVD and VCR, and a queen size pillow top hide-a-bed. It opens to a balcony overlooking the lush tropical grounds of North Coast Village and its beautiful evening lights.
The first floor guest suite features a walk-in travertine shower, travertine floors, and granite/cherry vanity. There are two twin Simmons Beautyrest beds with Ralph Lauren bedding, and a 32' LCD television with DVD and VCR.
Get ready for breathtaking ocean views as you enter the 13x30 luxurious master suite. The sitting area with two leather Barcalounger swivel recliners enable you to gaze out at the ocean, or turn around and enjoy viewing another 42" LCD television with DVD and VCR. All other master bedroom furnishings are Tommy Bahama by Lexington. The king size Beautyrest pillowtop bed is furnished with Ralph Lauren bedding. High speed internet is provided, as well as a convenient desk. The expanded master bath is done in travertine and granite with cherry cabinets, and adjoins a walk-in closet. This 2nd level master suite, unlike most in North Coast Village, is completely private with a locking door!
The crowning glory of this home-away-from-home is the large, wrap-around roof top balcony that surrounds the master suite. Furnished with a large oval table, comfortable chairs, and a lounge, this is an outdoor room with a spectacular ocean view both directly west as well as south to the pier. You will feel like you are above it all in your own private tropical paradise retreat!
North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite vacation destination for couples and families from all over the world. The complex consists of nine three-story buildings on acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an OCEANFRONT COMPLEX!
Swim in the Olympic size heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Stroll around the lush tropical grounds with streams, waterfalls, Koi ponds, and beautiful gardens. In the evening, gorgeous colored lights create a magical atmosphere.
Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. Why the Owner Chose Oceanside
For many years we dreamed of owning a condo in North Coast Village. It reminded us of our favorite spot in Maui! Oceanside Beach is simply the best in Southern California. You can walk on the beach for miles, and there's lots of sand! It's not crowded like many other beaches in S Cal. The town is unique and charming, and new shops and restaurants are springing up every week. I love swimming in the Olympic size heated pool, and there are great restaurants from casual to gourmet. Our guests love the location because it is between Disneyland, Knott's, and Universal Studios to the north, and Sea World, Wild Animal Park and San Diego Zoo to the south.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
There are so many things to do--the Harbor has boat and kayak rentals, fishing and whale-watching excursions, and it's just fun to watch the boats. Or, we love to just hang out and unwind! The great thing about our condo is that you feel right at home. We hate staying in hotels because you are all in one room. And, we just recently remodeled our master bedroom so that is completely privatized with a locking door! (One of the only 2 story 2 BR's like this at NCV.) And it's so nice to be able to have a nice kitchen, whether you want to use it for breakfast and snacks, or cook for the whole family.

Steve and I lead a very busy life in Real Estate here in San Diego, and we LOVE to come to our beach condo and RELAX by walking the beautiful beach and enjoying the breathtaking ocean view, and falling asleep to the sounds of the surf! We've shared many great family times together here with our two sons, daughter-in-law, and baby granddaughter! We definitely don't like to "rough it", so we've furnished our condo with all the amenities we enjoy in our Del Mar home, like luxury linens, comfortable beds (our guests often want to buy one just like it), luxurious furnishings, LCD televisions, and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. We know you'll enjoy it as much as our family does!
