  This condo is as advertized and worthy of a 5 star plus! The view is breathtaking, the interior decor is beautiful offering a warm welcome and comfortable stay. The condo is well equipped, was very clean upon arrival and has quick and easy access to the beach/pools. Within short driving distance are many local attractions and entertainment venues. Our party of 5 women from Nebraska stayed at this lovely condo May 18-25, 2013 as a celebration of a granddaughter's high school graduation. Upon arrival and seeing the inside of the condo, we were in awe of the panoramic view from both the kitchen and living room. Two balconies off these rooms added to the scenic view of the ocean. The bedrooms were nice sized with plenty of drawer and closet space. The condo complex (Sea Watch North Tower) is family friendly across all age groups. Before we arrived the owner, Ken, provided us with multiple brochures of local attractions which helped us plan ahead and also provided helpful written instructions for use of the condo during our stay. We appreciated his help and forethought in setting us up to thoroughly enjoy our vacation. While there, we attended the Blue Crab Festival in Little River (learned the ingredients of She Crab Soup - hint - it's not female crab meat), went deep sea fishing, laid on the beach many times, enjoyed the Lazy River at the condo as well as the pool, went para-sailing, shopped at Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach and other malls, enjoyed Ripley's Aquarium, walked a couple of piers and saw a nice man catch a sting ray off one of them. We also took a little road trip to Georgetown (about 1 1/2 hours away) to tour this historic town.

  This is was our second stay here at Sea Watch Resort and second stay in Mr. Ken's penthouse condo. The breath taking views from every window, even taking a shower you can look out and see the ocean and to wake up to hear the waves hiting the shore. No words can express how much we enjoy each and every stay here.Our children felt at home here and had plenty of space for the whole family. Kitchen is well stocked to cook family dinners.The linen and beds are so soft and comfortable. We never want to leave when we come here. Thank you for having such a fabulous place for us to enjoy every year we make family memories to remember for a lifetime. The Shepards Lafayette,Indiana Home of the Boliermakers.-

  This unit is spacious, beautifully furnished and includes all the comforts of home. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and accommodating with all of our special requests. The views from the balcony of this unit are breath taking. Don't miss the opporunity to see the beautiful sunrise over the ocean while enjoying your morning coffee. The property is in a perfect location as it is far enough away from the usual crowds to provide the serenity and peacefullness that we look for in our vacations. The area provides every type of restaurant you could possibly imagine all of which are located within a couple of miles from the resort. The area offers many kid friendly activies such as miniature golf, movies, arcades, the boardwalk, and specialty shows all of which are spectacular. We have enjoyed them all. The resort offers many amenties as well. Whether you are a beach person or a person who prefers to lay out by the pool you can enjoy it all here. We brought our grandchildren for a few days and they loved it. The lazy river was a big hit with them. We even watched a couple get married on the beach from our balcony. We would recommend this property to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

  My husband and I stayed at this wonderful condo the week of January 5, 2013. It was absolutely beautiful and as good or better as described. We were fortunate with the weather but even if it had been bad and we had to stay indoors it would have been just as good. The location is close to everything but you would need a car. We are hoping to go back next January. I would highly recommend staying here.

  We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary over this Christmas vacation, it could not have been better. Ken had champagne and glasses waiting when we arrived. The way the suite is designed is comfortable and very clean. We were and are very impressed and look forward to another stay. Thank you Ken and family for making this the best vacation ever!

  Everything was exactly as described and pictured. It is a beautiful unit with 2 great balconys overlooking the ocean. Ken was very prompt with his phone calls and e-mails regarding questions we had. He did everything possible to make our stay wonderful, he even had a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us in the unit. The keyless entry was the greatest. You didn't have to worry about leaving the unit and forgetting to take a key with you. The unit was very clean and decorated beautiful. I can't think of anything we lacked as he had it all there, We will definitely rent this unit again if the date we need is open. Thank you Ken for everything.

  We loved everything about our stay at Seawatch! Ken was great to work with...very prompt in returning emails and phone calls. We have little ones, and they provided us with a pack-n-play and high chair. It was so nice not to have to pack these items. The condo is exactly as described and fully equipped. The views were absolutely amazing, and the balcony was very large. We dined outside all week! The condo is beautiful, but the most impressive thing to me was how CLEAN it was!! You can tell that Ken and his wife take great care of the place. I have never stayed in a rental that was as clean as this condo. The pools and the hot tubs were also great, especially since they stayed open until 11 pm! I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach. We hope we can visit again soon! Thank you!

  This is the second trip to this property for our family and we have already reserved it for next year. We did not know what to expect last year but we were very, very pleased with the property. This year we knew what to expect and were pleased to have another great week at this property. The property owner is easy to reach via telephone or email, is very attentive and has the place in great condition for our visit. This year we had a minor problem with the air conditioning. The owner was contacted late on Saturday night and maintenance people arrived within thirty minutes and corrected the problem - we slept in comfort.

  Great condo with great veranda and outstanding ocean view. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean and well maintained. Owner went out of his way to be helpful which made the stay more enjoyable. We would definitelly recommend this condo to our friends and would look forward to staying here again. We enjoyed the many good restaurants near the condo.
