Our 3 bedroom/2bath house/villa, 2 bedroom suites, and spacious studio efficiencies share the tropically landscaped secluded courtyard view with pool, sundeck, cascading fountain, self serve bar with TV, and large screened hideaway deck on the waterway. Also, for your convenience we have BBQ grills and coin laundry on the premises.
The Florida Everglades is a short 30 minute drive. Nearby Golf courses are abundant. Come and visit, stay and play in a tropical oasis.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL:
* All rates in US Funds Plus Sales and Bed Tax of 10%. Half of rentals due at time of Booking.
* Damage Deposit of $300 for Studios & 2 Bedroom, $500 for House.
* A Cleaning Fee of $55 for Studios, $75 for 2 Bedrooms, and $110 for the House.
