This non-smoking house is extremely clean, everything is new. Really a nice area in Havasu - its located in the foothills and has a nice view of the lake and city. Additionally, the neighborhood in which this house is located is very quiet very little traffic as it is located away from the major streets.
Many homes in Lake Havasu are located on the busy streets. The back yard is fenced in for even more privacy. The master room has a king size premium bed (no cheapy here) with a TV and DVD. Family room has 32 inch flat screen TV with DVD and Stereo.
