Summertree Village community features a beautiful indoor pool that has a hot tub, an outdoor pool and outdoor grill area. Condominium is Fully furnished!

I would like to thank Joey and Brenda for the use of their beautiful condo in Aug/Sept 2007, while we remodeled our own condo in River Oaks. We found their condo well furnished, fully equipped and most of all it was clean. The weather was great, the odd round of golf was great. The worst part was having to say good-bye. Thanks again Gary Newman

We first wanted to let you both know how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. We were so happy to have spent our 30th wedding anniversary here. Our children were here the first day & a half, then the rest of the week we relaxed at the beach & pool. We also did a great deal of shopping and eating out. What a good time we've had.
