Located ten miles South of Breckenridge, close to Keystone, Frisco, Dillon, etc. Easy drive to ski, activities, dining, etc. without staying in town and putting up with all the noise and traffic.
Roads maintained by subdivision all the time. Fly into Denver, one hour drive up I-70 into the mountains and you are there. No smoking, no pets in the house but they can stay in the garage. Willing to swap time with other vacation home owners.
