First floor master bedroom with soaking tub and shower; the second floor master bedroom features a west-facing balcony. The gourmet kitchen has a gas cook top, island and breakfast bar. Enjoy a book in the adjoining solarium or relax in the the Great Room in front of the 36" Sony TV, fireplace and secluded back yard.
Shoot a game of pool upstairs in the loft or play cards downstairs at the game table. Plenty of room to get away from it all (or just each other!).
The Lee Meadow Drive cul-de-sac is quiet and backs to a protected forest. After a long day at the beach you can grill steaks on the deck in our tree-lined back yard. Plenty of running room for the kids.

Why the Owner Chose Bethany Lakes
All the amenities of a private community with a location that is convenient to the beach and shopping. Close to everything without the hassle of Rt. 26 traffic. The house backs to the woods so it is nice and relaxing.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The pool, fitness facilities and tennis courts are wonderul -- just a 5 minute walk from the house. And since it is a gated community we can take walks and the kids can ride their bikes on quiet streets.
