Als wir ankamen waren wir sehr erfreut zu sehen, dass alles mindestens so schön war, wie es im Internet den Eindruck machte. Alles ist sauber, die nächsten Nachbarn mindestens 100 m entfernt und der Pool ist wirklich super. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war vorbildlich. Egal um welche Belange es sich handelte. Nicht nur das Haus, sondern auch den Urlaub insgesamt betreffend, war man immer sehr hilfreich.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Rates
The prices are for a booking with 2 people (including tourist and sales tax) each extra person is charged with $ 10 per day.For Christmas/Easter, a surcharge of 15% is due. The minimum rental for this time is 2 weeks. For a long-term usage of the house, we can offer better conditions (at least 4 weeks).Before arrival, a security deposit of $ 200 is due. The deposit upon registration is about 30%. The remaining payment is due at least 6 weeks in advance. The electricity costs are charged according to consumption and taken from the security deposit. The final cleaning fee for usage with 4 people is $ 111 (including tax) and for 6 people $ 132 (including tax).
