This condo features 1300 square feet of living space, and is beautifully decorated and fully furnished, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a bonus den/third bedroom. Both bedrooms have king-size beds, cable TV, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans. The living room has cable TV, stereo/CD system, VCR, and a ceiling fan. The den has a queen size sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, and doors to accommodate privacy.

Both the living room and master bedroom open up to a screened-in lanai and the relaxing view of the bay. The fact that this is a corner unit also allows for beautiful views to the north out of the den, kitchen, and dining room.

The kitchen is equipped with a full compliment of utensils and dishware, pots and pans, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, dishwasher, ice maker, etc. The dining room table comfortably seats six, and there is also a breakfast bar with four stools. There is a full-service Publix supermarket about a mile north on Estero Boulevard.

If dining out is more to your liking, within walking distance is Santini Plaza, which offers numerous excellent restaurants. Also located at the Plaza are unique shops, bars, a liquor store, pharmacy, and a convenience store. You will be less than a five-mile drive or trolley ride from downtown Fort Myers Beach, where you can find more restaurants and shops.

An ample supply of linens and towels are provided, as well as beach towels for use at the heated pool located a few steps from the building or the beach area located three blocks away.

We are situated on the quieter south end of the island, which allows for an easy trip to such beautiful beach areas as Lover's Key State Park and Barefoot Beach just a few minutes to the south on Estero Boulevard.
