Great, newly refurbished, one-bedroom unit located on the third floor overlooking the lagoon. The Xanadu complex has just finished a two million dollar renovation project. Our building has an elevator for easy access to our unit, no walking up stairs!! This unit has all you need to have a relaxing vacation. Unit is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. All within short walking distance. Never need to move your car!
To confirm and hold a reservation a deposit of $200 (refundable upon inspection of unit after departure) must be received within 7 days of booking. Final payment must be received 15 days prior to arrival date.

This came as an email to me from a recent rental customer and with her permission I'm posting it. Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how toTAlly pleased we were with Xanadu ~ your unit, the Relections Management Co., and cleaning service. The unit was immaculate, the pool delightful, the beach fabulous, the weather sunny and bright. We couldn't have asked for any more in the accomodations we found. Everything exactly as we expected. Our extended family stayed in 4-5 different chains and private condos....none were as happy as we were even though they paid a considerably higher price! So....you have two very happy customers to add to the many guests who have stayed at A-10.
