This level offers three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms on this level consist of Bedroom One: one queen-size bed; Bedroom Two: one queen and one twin; Bedroom Three: two twin. Bathroom has stand-up shower.
The upper level offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, and a full bath. Double sliding glass doors lead to oversized deck. This deck is gated at both entrances so you have piece of mind with small children and pets. The living room has a LCD HD TV, surround sound system for watching your favorite movies by HD DVD or listening to your favorite music. The bedrooms on this level consist of Bedroom four: one queen-size bed (cable led tv); Bedroom Five: one full-size bed; (cable led tv) Bedroom Six: bunk bed with full on bottom, twin on top, and separate twin bed (cable led tv and DVD). Full bath with tub and shower.
Property is approximately 2000 square feet with an additional 600 square feet of outdoor decking and patio area.

Jenkins pond is approximately two miles round (you can walk or bike all the way around). Bring your canoe, row boat or sail. (trolling motors allowed) Property is located approximately four miles to Falmouth Center. If you want the OCEAN BEACHES we are ten minutes to Old Silver Beach (public parking) or Surf Beach (public parking) . Take the Island Queen Ferry to MARTHA'S VINEYARD (departures/parking: ten minutes away).
