Walk from the back yard directly to the sandy beach! (this is a fresh water pond) Great swimming beach, windsurfing, canoeing, and fishing! Enjoy the beautiful deck overlooking the pond! Deck offers a oversized Weber grill, bar and stools, and comfortable seating for the whole family. From below enjoy the shaded patio with additional seating and lounging. This property offers two levels of living area. It has a full game room with slate Billiard table, Ping-Pong, Two TVs, built-in bar, and beautiful stone fireplace. Double sliding glass doors are walk out to patio, yard, and beach. This level offers three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms on this level consist of Bedroom One: one queen-size bed; Bedroom Two: one queen and one twin; Bedroom Three: two twin. Bathroom has stand-up shower. The upper level offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, and a full bath. Double sliding glass doors lead to oversized deck.
