This property offers two levels of living area. It has a full game room with slate Billiard table, Ping-Pong, Two TVs, built-in bar, and beautiful stone fireplace. Double sliding glass doors are walk out to patio, yard, and beach. This level offers three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bedrooms on this level consist of Bedroom One: one queen-size bed; Bedroom Two: one queen and one twin; Bedroom Three: two twin. Bathroom has stand-up shower.
The upper level offers a full kitchen, dining area, living room, three bedrooms, and a full bath. Double sliding glass doors lead to oversized deck. The bedrooms on this level consist of Bedroom four: one queen-size bed (cable TV); Bedroom Five: one full-size bed; Bedroom Six: bunk bed with full on bottom, twin on top, and separate twin bed (cable TV with VCR). Full bath with tub and shower.
Property is approximately 2000 square feet with an additional 600 square feet of outdoor decking and patio area.
Jenkins pond is approximately two miles round (you can walk or bike all the way around). Property is located approximately four miles to Falmouth Center. If you want the OCEAN BEACHES we are ten minutes to Old Silver Beach (public parking) or Surf Beach. Take the Ferry to MARTHA'S VINEYARD (departures/parking: ten minutes away).
