This villa is an absolutely delightful uplifting villa decorated with fun and the island in mind. Bright yellow walls and a friendly crab sculpture greet you. A nautical theme is carried throughout via white, yellow, and blue curtains and paintings of boats.
The kitchen is bright and beautiful with a red tiled floor, white cabinets and wall tiles and a large skylight. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace and a new red leather sofa, chair, and ottoman set. The dining area with beautiful wooden table looks out over the ponds and oaks. Outside, a large private wrap-around deck also provides views of the ponds and oaks and the golf course for a very tranquil and peaceful setting.
The bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private bath. There is also a second full bath. Beachwalk is the closest resort to the Shipyard Beach Club, making this an ideal villa from every standpoint. Beachwalk also offers a large, sunny pool and deck area just steps from the villa.
Golf and tennis are nearby--a full-service tennis center is within walking distance and behind the villa, beyond the ponds is the golf course. You'll have a wonderful time here, as many have experienced! |
