This villa is an absolutely delightful uplifting villa decorated with fun and the island in mind. (8 MB VIDEO UPON EMAIL REQUEST) Spacious, bright, and a short five-minute (or less) walk to the Shipyard Beach Club, this villa will put a smile on your face. Bright yellow walls and a friendly crab sculpture greet you. A nautical theme is carried throughout via white, yellow, and blue curtains and paintings of boats.
The kitchen is bright and beautiful with a red tiled floor, white cabinets and wall tiles and a large skylight. The living room offers a wood-burning fireplace and a new red leather sofa, chair, and ottoman set. The dining area with beautiful wooden table looks out over the ponds and oaks. Outside, a large private wrap-around deck also provides views of the ponds and oaks and the golf course for a very tranquil and peaceful setting.
The bedroom offers a king-sized bed and private bath. There is also a second full bath. Beachwalk is the closest resort to the Shipyard Beach Club, making this an ideal villa from every standpoint. Beachwalk also offers a large, sunny pool and deck area just steps from the villa.
Golf and tennis are nearby--a full-service tennis center is within walking distance and behind the villa, beyond the ponds is the golf course. You'll have a wonderful time here, as many have experienced!

Hi Judy- I just wanted to touch base with you to reiterate how much we enjoyed your Hilton Head condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the condo. It was more than enough room for the three of us. The online pictures don't do it justice. The condo is nicely decorated and provided us with all of the necessities, down to the beach chairs. The unit is convenient to the beach and pool yet secluded and quiet. I have always enjoyed Shipyard, and the location of the condo in the plantation, away from the hustle and bustle of the island, is wonderful. I look forward to returning and would not hesitate to recommend the condo. Thanks again for your hospitality. John Clark

We had a super visit, stayed two months in this villa and have signed up again for next year. The villa is spacious, well-equipped, clean, charming, and very nicely decorated with a large private deck. Tennis, pool, and the beach are conveniently located as is the mid-island location of Beachwalk.
