Sunset Lakes is a small, quiet, exclusive, gated community with luxury homes situated around two private lakes. Directly off Highway 192 and only minutes from Disney and all other attractions.
Our spacious luxury furnished home has the best of everything you need for a fantastic holiday with family or friends and is equipped to the highest standard. There is cable television in all the rooms and 2 DVD players.
FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS and FREE unlimited International and US long distance telephone calls to a landline, FREE use of the BBQ and FREE use of the safe are all included in the rental.
The spacious family room, with an enormous sliding glass door onto the pool deck, has two sofas, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, music system and a large cable TV with a DVD player. A truly tranquil place to relax!
An adjoining dining area with table and chairs seats six and has its own door which opens onto the covered lanai area of the pool deck.
The great American kitchen with breakfast bar and stools has everything you could wish for: refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, full cooker and microwave. All cutlery and crockery are provided, plus a set of outdoor crockery for use around the pool.
A separate utility room houses the washing machine and dryer, with the iron and ironing board. So you can travel lightly!
The en-suite master bedroom, with sliding patio doors opening onto the pool deck, has a king-size bed, dressing table, two bedside cabinets with lamps, cable TV and a music system. Double doors lead you into the private bathroom with large Roman-style oval bath tub, walk-in shower, his and her basins, hair dryer and walk-in wardrobe.
The second bedroom, with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, built-in wardrobes, cable TV and a DVD player, shares a half bathroom (toilet and vanitory unit) with the third bedroom which has two twin beds, chest of drawers, lamp, built-in wardrobes and cable TV.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds, chest of drawers, lamp, built-in wardrobes, cable TV and is next to the second main bathroom with shower, bath, toilet and basin.
The fantastic fully-screened pool with raised deck, pool seat and jacuzzi has unique fiber optic lighting and overlooks the peaceful lake where wildlife can often be seen. It is a marvelous way to relax after a hectic day in the theme parks or after a round of golf. The jacuzzi is fully automated and heated - just turn on the timer switch and relax in the warmth of the heated spa.
The surrounding 'cool' deck includes a shower and the shaded lanai has a ceiling fan giving comfort to outdoor eating. All the pool furniture is "top of the range" luxury and includes a table, four padded relaxer chairs with footstools and four padded chaise loungers. Pool towels are provided.

We stayed in the villa for 6 weeks in September and October and it proved a very comfortable vacation - very much a home from home. As other guests have said it is in an excellent location for Disney - 4 miles from the front door to the entrance to Animal Kingdom, you cannot get closer than that. There are plenty of nearby restaurants and take aways but as we stayed so long we ate in a lot and had regular BBQ's. Any small problems were dealt with in a friendly and efficient manner by the management company. The villa was clean, well maintained and the pool serviced every Monday. The pool heating worked well(not always the case in other villas we have stayed in) and the gardens regularly trimmed. The owner Bob was always helpful if we had any questions to ask before arrived and had just installed a Wifi system which worked perfectly. The free telephone calls also proved very useful. After sitting watching the wonderful sunsets every night we didn't want to leave - would we recommend the property - yes.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

We just got back from our vacation. We're so glad we chose to stay at this house! I don't think we'll stay at hotels ever again! It was great having a private pool and the hot tub was awesome! The house was really spacious, and the kitchen was really convenient for making quick meals. The lake veiw is stunning! So relaxing! Nice quiet location and just a 10-15 min drive from all the parks. The place was immaculate. The owner Bob was so patient with all my questions prior to my stay. The management company was really nice and helpful with anything we needed during our stay! Would definitely recommend this listing to a friend, and hope to stay here again soon!

We loved the virtual tour (including the front yard) - In the morning we watched the hot airballoons float over the marsh. The neighborhood was peaceful & safe. We felt at home and very content to swim in the pool most days. Nice furnishings and floor layout was perfect. The pool & spa were the perfect size for our travel group. The patio seating was really comfortable. THANK YOU it was one of the best vacations we've had.

Exceeded the photos on the website. The two children cried when we left and have written to Santa for a pool. Safety was first class and the child locks proved invaluable. A very peaceful and quiet surrounding looking out on the lake and the wildlife. Kitchen facilities were first class although we did not use them that much. The delivery people we used on two occasions were prompt and value for money. The location is ideal for all the Disney parks (15 mins max drive) and close to the other parks. Very easy to drive here and always felt safe. Downtown Kissimmee only 15 minutes away and has to be seen. The management company were easy to contact and really helpful. Free uk calls were a massive bonus as we had people at home who we needed to contact regularly. Thanks again Bob for a first class villa. This was probably the best family holiday we have experienced and will DEFINITELY return.

The property was exactly as described on the web. It is situated in an excellent location away from all the hussle and bussle but within 15mins drive of the main attractions. We had no problems at all except the small tropical storm Faye that paid us a visit for a couple of days!

This villa exceeded our expectations in every way! The perfect vacation home in Florida with everything you could need or want. I would recommend to young & old - family or couple. The development is safe and quiet and always immaculate. It is close to all the attractions and only 5 minutes to Disney. There is nothing better then sitting outside just as the sun is setting over the lake and the pool & jacuzzi lights are very swish! I love the corner bath in the master ensuite - I could lie in it for hours relaxing after a full day at the parks. This really is excellent value for money and I will never stay in a hotel in Florida again .... will be back soon and that's a promise!

Great location, convenient for Disney attractions, restaurants and shopping. Lots of space in the villa and all amenities available. We made great use of the pool and enjoyed watching the sunsets from the Jacuzzi :-)
