Reside in the cool comfort of a fully-equipped, family home while enjoying the close proximity to some of the country’s most famous attractions. Our home sleeps nine in four bedrooms, with the convenience of three bathrooms. Two bedrooms are set up as master suites, each with its own private bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bath. The kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities and has eat-in space for four. Bathrooms and kitchen are ceramic tiled. The dining room has a formal table and seats six. The living space is open and relaxing while offering multiple televisions with cable, VCR, and stereo with CD player. Pictures of every room available, just email.
Outdoor living space includes a fenced yard for complete privacy, covered deck area to beat the midday heat, and an oversized pool that can be heated for year round enjoyment. For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available and a spacious, two-car, attached garage. All bed and bath linens are provided.
Our home is conveniently located a mere ten to fifteen minutes to Disney, Universal, Sea World, and several world class water parks. Golf courses and a range of simple to fine dining are even closer. Shopping for everything from everyday basics to unique gifts are within ten minutes.
We are nestled in the Indian Point community of single family homes which offers a large community pool, basketball, tennis, and several playgrounds. If you are looking for the best way to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer, consider creating memories in an atmosphere that encourages comfort and relaxation. You will not be disappointed!

Why the Owner Chose Indian Point
I chose to buy this home because my family LOVES Disney and Universal Studios. It is our favorite place to go. We also wanted a vacation home with a private pool.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Prior to owning our home, we stayed in hotels and theme parks. The wonderful thing about staying in a home is there is plenty of space, everyone having their own bedroom. This allows us privacy while still being together. We can buy and eat healthy meals together, rather than eating out constantly. The private pool is also my children's favorite thing about the house.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet; enjoyed walking the dog around the neighborhood. The house, too, was quiet, clean, and comfortable. This neighborhood is really close to the highway, so it's easy to get to Disney, Celebration, Orlando, and Kissimmee. It's near I-4 so we were able to be on the interstate within minutes to go to Tampa for a Lightning (hockey) game downtown; which only took a little over an hour. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Really nice house. It is clean and has everything you need to enjoy a family stay. The pool is great, and since it is fenced in you never notice if the neighbours are out. Nicely furnished with lots of towels, blankets and the kitchen is well stocked with pans, knifes etc. Location is great, exit on side to get to attractions, then go off Yowell and you are less then five minutes to 24 hour Wal-Mart.

This home was exactly as it was described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The rates are great and the location was excellent! My only recommendation would be to change all the mattresses as they seem old and need to provide more comfort and support. Other than that, I definitely would come back to this house and will rent it again in future trips to Orlando!

This place was just what my family was looking for. Spacious, clean and affordable. The house had everything we needed and was so close to the parks. It was great relaxing by the pool on days when we weren't at the parks. I would defintely recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and I (Seniors) have stayed here for four (4) years during the winter months. The house is always very clean and all the amenities one would need. The owner and his maintenance contractor are always ready to correct any problem that may occur. The property is close to Disney and other attractions as well as shopping and church. We are always anxious to get back as we look upon it as our second home.

We have stayed here for the past 4 years and always find it pleasant. The house is clean and the area is well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. Very close to Disney and other attractions as well as shopping. Always a pleasure to do business with the owner and his maintenance staff. Any problems incurred are quickly corrected. I'm not sure whether or not to post this review, because I really want to keep this place all to myself. :-) Every year for the last five years, our family goes on vacation and rents a home somewhere. We've stayed in some very nice homes in various states, but this one beat them all. The place was immaculate, everything was so well taken care of, and the owners saw to our every need. The pool was wonderful and private. The next time we go to Disney (maybe next year?) we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our vacation something to remember! Sara.
