The neighborhood is safe and quiet; enjoyed walking the dog around the neighborhood. The house, too, was quiet, clean, and comfortable. This neighborhood is really close to the highway, so it's easy to get to Disney, Celebration, Orlando, and Kissimmee. It's near I-4 so we were able to be on the interstate within minutes to go to Tampa for a Lightning (hockey) game downtown; which only took a little over an hour. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Clean, private pool, great location

Really nice house. It is clean and has everything you need to enjoy a family stay. The pool is great, and since it is fenced in you never notice if the neighbours are out. Nicely furnished with lots of towels, blankets and the kitchen is well stocked with pans, knifes etc. Location is great, exit on side to get to attractions, then go off Yowell and you are less then five minutes to 24 hour Wal-Mart.

Great Rental Home

My wife and I (Seniors) have stayed here for four (4) years during the winter months. The house is always very clean and all the amenities one would need. The owner and his maintenance contractor are always ready to correct any problem that may occur. The property is close to Disney and other attractions as well as shopping and church. We are always anxious to get back as we look upon it as our second home.

We have stayed here for the past 4 years and always find it pleasant. The house is clean and the area is well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet. Very close to Disney and other attractions as well as shopping. Always a pleasure to do business with the owner and his maintenance staff. Any problems incurred are quickly corrected. This home was exactly as it was described. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family vacation. The rates are great and the location was excellent! My only recommendation would be to change all the mattresses as they seem old and need to provide more comfort and support. Other than that, I definitely would come back to this house and will rent it again in future trips to Orlando!

This place was just what my family was looking for. Spacious, clean and affordable. The house had everything we needed and was so close to the parks. It was great relaxing by the pool on days when we weren't at the parks. I would defintely recommend this place to anyone.

I'm not sure whether or not to post this review, because I really want to keep this place all to myself. :-) Every year for the last five years, our family goes on vacation and rents a home somewhere. We've stayed in some very nice homes in various states, but this one beat them all. The place was immaculate, everything was so well taken care of, and the owners saw to our every need. The pool was wonderful and private. The next time we go to Disney (maybe next year?) we'll definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our vacation something to remember! Sara.

Lovely Vacation Home

This is by far the best vacation home that we have stayed in ...We have rented before , several times in the Kissimmee area, and this home makes you feel like you are AT HOME. The house was clean, relaxing. Beds were very comfortable..PLENTY of space and all things were provided that you could ever need. The neighborhood was VERY quiet too, which made it even more pleasant. We truely enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. LOVED IT !! :):) We would recommend this house to anyone..and everyone. We also had great service from the owner, and the property management company. One of the best parts also, is you are SO close to everything..But still have the peace and quiet of HOME...Love this Home !! Wish we were there right now :):)

We felt right at home in this beautiful house. It is everything the ad promises - homey, comfortable, spacious, clean and convenient to all the fun that Orlando has to offer! Couldn't recommend it more highly!

We vacation every summer in Orlando. I must admit that we were going to cancel this year due to a horrible experience last summer. However, I decided to try this out once again at another property. This turned out to be a great idea! The property is lovely and we had the perfect time there! I highly recommend this rental to everyone! The property was easy to get to, and close to all of the Disney attractions as well as restuarants and shopping outlets! The house was very immaculate and the residential area very clean and quiet. I definitely look forward to renting again next year!

The trip was wonderful. The house was more than any of us expected. There were some things that i did want to let you know, there was a small hole in the wall as soon as you walked in the door and one of the spatulas was broken. Nothing that impeded our time in Florida but i did want to make you aware. I have plans of coming back in Dec. around Christmas and would love to rent from you again. I will keep in touch and let you know as time moves on. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at you home.

All the feedback on the house is positive. It worked well with my family, true to the specs in the ad, comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if we decide to do Disney next year.
