You will love your family vacation at Point Sebago. After renting for 7 years, we decided to buy our own place. As new owners, WE ARE PRICING OUR UNIT BELOW Market to encourage people to choose our cottage and discover all Point Sebago has to offer. All rentals during the season include access to all Point Sebago Resort amenities, which includes FREE supervised childrens camps and activities. Fun for kids ages 3-20. There is a Marina with boat and boatslip rentals available.
Kids activities include Newcomb Volleyball, Atomic dodge ball, Ping Pong Tournaments, Candy Bar Bingo, Floor Hockey, Kayak Races, Flag Football, Volleyball, Comet Ball and the Olympiad with Shuttle Runs and Competitions. Hot Shot Basketball, Flag Tag, Arts & Crafts, Washer Tosser Tournaments, Tennis, Volleyball, Floor Hockey, Golf Clinics, Flag Football, Softball, Homerun Derbies, Canoe Races, Dance Comet Ball and more. There is also evening entertainment for ages 9-12 and teens 13-20 that include Laser Tag, Karaoke,and Dance Cruises, There is even a mini-golf course on site! The teen center at Point Sebago has a large flat screen HD televisions, XBOX 360, Playstation 3, and a sound system, etc.
There are character Shows for little ones, featuring the Kampamania Kids, they are a huge hit for families with young ones. Other shows for 2009 include Aladdin and Seussical for the family, The Full Monty for adults, and our Dinner Theater will present Bobby and Maria’s Comedy Wedding.
Parents, you may choose to listen and dance with some of New England’s top dance bands and DJ’s, dance at the Beach Party, be a star at Karaoke, kick back for acoustic music on the Upper Deck or sail away on a Jazz Cruise on beautiful Sebago Lake. There are Adult only Happy Hours each day with daily themes and free appetizers. Or try the new Adult Pirate Cruise from personal experience its a blast. Or catch one of the Evening programs in the Sebago Lounge, such as Monte Carlo Night, Hypnotist, and Comedy Night.
Enjoy all the activities, or escape to the quiet family friendly street our cottage is located on. Great spot for the kids to ride their bikes, play in the yard, while you relax on the large deck with gas grill or sit by the campfire. You can do as much or as little as you like.
Our lovely non-smoking home's amenities include a fully-applianced kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and cable tv(s) & dvd player,stereo system and wireless internet access. We installed new Pergo floors 9/2008 and central air. As new owners, we replaced much of the furniture. We installed all new curtains. All bedding,dishes, pots and pans, and small appliances, are brand new. It is well stocked with books and brand new board games for young and old. Please treat this unit as though it was your own since every effort was made to stock it with beautiful, clean, and comfortable furnishings. All you need to bring is towels, linen and food.
Our cottage will include a welcome bottle of wine or sparkling cider with your one week rental. We offer weekend, 5 night, 7 night and multiple week stays.
