After renting for 7 years, we decided to buy our own place. WE ARE PRICING OUR UNIT BELOW Market to encourage people to choose our cottage and discover all Point Sebago has to offer. All rentals during the season include access to all Point Sebago Resort amenities as described below. Please note most activities except golf are free, but some such as zip lining do charge a small fee.
Point Sebago Resort is located on the shores of pristine Sebago Lake, Southern Maine's largest lake. Enjoy a picturesque lakefront setting that combines award winning free children's programs with a friendly, caring staff, a marina, a nationally recognized 18-hole championship golf course, a lake view restaurant, a fabulous entertainment program, lounge and a host of other recreational amenities to offer the ultimate vacation getaway.
Some activities include kayak races,flag football,volleyball,comet ball, washer toss tournaments, tennis, volleyball, floor hockey, golf clinics, softball, canoe races, Teen Survival Factor, horseshoes, dart contests, bocce ball, fun runs, teen get-togethers and socials. There is even a teen dance cruise aboard the Point Sebago Princes.
For parents,listen and dance with some of New England’s top dance bands and DJ’s, dance at the Beach Party, be a star at Happy Hour Karaoke, kick back for acoustic music on the Upper Deck or sail away on a Jazz Cruise on beautiful Sebago Lake. There are Adult only Happy Hours each day with daily themes and free appetizers. Or catch one of the Evening programs such as Dice and Ice night, Comedy Night. New for 2010 is the outdoor Tiki Bar with live entertainment in the evening. Family shows include High School Musical 2 and Bobby and Maria's comedy wedding.
Enjoy all the activities, or escape to the quiet family friendly street our cottage is located on. Great spot for the kids to ride their bikes, play in the yard, while you relax on the large deck with gas grill or sit by the campfire. You can do as much or as little as you like.
Our lovely non-smoking home's amenities include a fully-applianced kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, and cable tv(s) & dvd player,stereo system and wireless internet access. We installed new Pergo floors and central air. As new owners, we replaced much of the furniture. Brand new leather sleep sofa (2010)and leather chair. It is well stocked with books and brand new board games for young and old. Please treat this unit as though it was your own since every effort was made to stock it with beautiful, clean, and comfortable furnishings. All you need to bring is towels, linen and food.
We offer weekend, 5 night, 7 night and multiple week stays.

**June 26-Aug 13 $1400 per wk /Sun to Sun *+ 35 Pt. Sebago Fee
**Aug 13 - Sep 4 1100 per week
2011 rates same as last year except addtional $35 Pt Sebago fee and $50 clean fee
$200 security deposit required within 7 days of booking to hold date
Balance due must be received by June 1st 2011(earlier for June rentals)
*We also rent weekends(based on avail.)& will discount for 2 or more weeks!

We are parents to 3 great girls, now 19, 17 and 12. We have been going to Pt. Sebago for family vacations for 9 years now. We started off in a little camper..and gradually upgraded to one of their units, then rented privately and finally decided to upgrade to a place of our own :)a. We love to boat, and Pt. Sebago is the perfect place for the entire family. Great place for family reunions too. We will help you get another unit near us if you want to vacation w/family and friends..
