Yellow House - 42 Montgomery Street - Seagrove Beach, FL
This charming, renovated, 4 bedroom/3.5 bath gulf front home is located south of 30-A on quiet side street and sleeps up to 12 people. Sitting directly on the gulf in Seagrove Beach just one half mile east of Seaside, the Yellow House has its own private steps to the beach. This 2,180 square foot home is all on one level making for easy access for all ages.
Outdoor Features: Outdoor shower and foot wash for beach cleanup. Parking for 3 cars in the gravel driveway. Gas BBQ grill. Screened porch on the gulf front. Large expansive decks with ample seating span the house on the gulf side allow for lounging “up top” when others are on the beach. Great place for grandparents to watch over all the action in the sand and water.
Inside Features: Large combination family room/dining room/kitchen, all overlooks gulf. Tiled floors and ceiling fans throughout. Large, bright, open kitchen features stainless frig with ice maker, dishwasher, Wolf range, microwave, TV, Corian counter tops, and a long breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 6. Dining table seats 6 more, plus an additional side table can seat another 4 to 6. Family room seating includes comfortable queen sleeper sofa, 2 love seats and 3 comfortable side chairs (one with ottoman). Other features include a work desk with leather office chair, 56” LCD TV, BluRay DVD, digital cable, stereo and high speed wireless internet connectivity. Yellow House provides free long distance usage. Built-in cabinetry in the living room showcases the family’s 50 year history of vacationing in this home. Convenient half bath off kitchen. Large laundry room with full size washer/dryer.
Two bedrooms are on each side of the family room making this house perfect for two families to share and have some privacy. Queen master bedroom has a beautiful gulf view, 40” LCD TV, Digital cable, and a DVD. Private tiled bathroom with vanity sink and tub/shower. Kid’s bedroom features four twin beds (one is a trundle), TV/VCR/DVD, dresser and gulf views. Tiled hall bath has vanity sink and shower.
On the other side of the family room, two more queen bedrooms share an adjoining tiled bath with vanity sink and shower. One bedroom has gulf views. Each bedroom has chest of drawers, closet, bedside lamps, bedside tables and TVs.

Thank you from our 3 Arkansas families. We had a wonderful time and especially enjoyed the family photos, which are somewhat an anomaly in rental houses. We loved looking at all their wonderful times, sharing the memories with this family in their wonderful house. We would love to stay here again. Also enjoyed the tennis tumblers - we had actually brought our own and were thrilled to discover additional ones in the cupboard. We took great paths to ensure they were all returned so that this sweet family would continue to extend this courtesy. Until next year...Go Hogs!

Thank you so much for a great stay from our two families. We have been coming down to this area for the last four years and this by far was the best. We have never seen such beautiful sunsets. Your house was perfect for our families!! The large kitchen was great and the yard, also. The girls loved playing outside on the front yard. We would love to rent from you next year. We love all your pictures of your beautiful family.

Quite surprised with the new Wolf range and the way the kitchen was equipped. We cook a lot and had everything we needed. The house was very comfortable for the three couples. Even had room for those that snored. Weather was perfect although a little cool at times. Thanks.
