A catheral ceiling living room is supplied with ceiling fan, a 50 inch Plasma HD TV, sectional sofa, and over 1500 DVD/VHS tapes for your enjoyment.
The dining/kitchen area comes complete with a hutch which has everything for your entertaining needs. The kitchen is fully stocked including 15 lighthouses on the top of the kitchen cabinets. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated complete with a TV( all are HD LCD Flat screens 50, 43, 33 & 33) and each have DVD & VHS players. beach cart, 2 bikes, & 7 beach tags and 3 beach chairs.
SPA on Roof Top Deck available for additional weekly rent of $350. Holds 3-4 people. Inquire!
Two stereos with 200 CD's to choice from. One of the stereos supplies music to the roof top sun deck (for exclusive use by 2nd floor tenants) by remote control. Roof top sun deck (which has limited views of both the Bay and Ocean). Front and rear decks too. Park your car in the garage or on the driveway and walk to the playground, convenient shopping. We stayed at the Misterman's lovely home in July 2005. It was our 1st rental experience. Their home is exactly as described - clean, "stocked" with anything you could think of needing, and decorated beautifully. We have 2 little ones and never got in the car! The location was perfect.We will definitely return next summer.

We recently stayed at the Misterman's home with our 14 month old son. You can tell they have great pride in their property. They pay exceptional attention to detail and make things very comfortable for guests. The home is very nice and the location is great; more quiet than other parts of OC.

We recently had the pleasure of staying for a week in this lovely home. Our expectations were far exceeded, as Jerry and Kay have made this a wonderful family oriented, beach themed getaway. We will definately return next year and for many years to come.

Not only is this rental beautiful but it's convenient to everything... There's a playground 2 block away, shopping and Tory's ice cream... You can park your car and leave it there for a few days. 1 Block to the beach, 3 great decks. It even has radios and cd's in the bathrooms... This is more than a rental property - it's a home.

We love it here!! Our family never want to leave... the kids have a place to watch their movies and entertain their friends and we have a roof top deck and the stars over head to entertain. Everything is here for entertaining! They even have a stereo on the roof top deck for dancing.

We've been coming to Ocean City for 30 years and we rate this the best in Ocean City... You have really thought of everything - on a rainy day the movies, books, music, board games,everything has been thought of to make this our home away from home.
