Take advantage of our recently remodeled, three bedroom condo to enjoy the wonders of Snowshoe. This three bedroom condo has it all. The brand new furniture, hardwood floors, bathrooms, and decor will relax you and warm your spirit. The spacious master bedroom and batroom has been completely redesigned and offer a queen size bed, and a big jetted tub for those romantic evenings, champagne is optional! (Rated "Gold" by Snowshoe Resort)

Wood for the fireplace is provided. There is a DVD with movies, VCR, Stereo and books for your enjoyment.

There is a second bedroom with a full bed and a third bedroom with 2 bunk beds, sleep 4. All the rooms have their on TV. Extra guests? No problem, the living room has a brand new full size sleeper sofa.
Park at the door, unload the car, and walk to the slopes, restaurants, and fine stores for upscale shopping.

Although within walking distance to the village, the Summit complex is secluded and closer to nature than other complexes in the area. The spectacular views will take your breath away. The backyard is visited by deer and black bears, giving you plenty of opportunities to capture unbelievable pictures right from the deck. Get ready the apples to feed the deers from the balcony !! Your kids will love it.

WHAT SNOWSHOE OFFERS IN WINTER??

No other resort in the Southeast or mid-Atlantic offers the terrain, snow, or amenities Snowshoe does. Snowshoe gets as much as 180” of natural snow each year with a 100% snowmaking capabilities on 275 acres of terrain, guess are guaranteed to find fresh snow from November through April. The mountain offers 57 trails ranging from beginner to expert, 2 expert trails with 1500’ vertical drop and 1.5 miles long, Night skiing on 14 trails at the Silver Creek ski area, 2 high-speed detachable quad lifts, 2 fixed quad lifts, and 7 triple lifts.

The Ruckus Ridge Adventure Park and the Split Rock pools offers kids and their parents a great place to have fun together. The resort also offers plenty of options at the Kids World Learning Centers with different programs depending on age, skills and style giving the adults a chance to get away for a little.
For snowboarders and freeskiers, three awesome terrain parks offer everything from a 450 foot half pipe to monster tabletops, rails and other features.

If you are looking for a different winter experience, this is the place to be, venture into snowmobile, take a leisurely tour in an enclosed Snowcat, get a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride around the resort grounds, cross-country ski, or dine on fresh salmon at the Sunrise Backcountry Hut.   • The condo was clean. I like the location. The walk is “short” and if one really didn’t want to tackle the staircase, the shuttle bus stopped right in front of our unit. It was the best of both worlds…near the slopes yet still felt isolated and private. Oh yes….the deer!!!!!!! We were absolutely amazed by the deer. We had 20-30 of them behind the condo every day. They listen for the sound of the sliding doors opening and all come wandering over to see what goodies we toss them. The people to the south of us were feeding them corn cobs every morning. We stuck with apples. We will be back again. Probably not this winter, but I am trying to plan for next December.” Amy - Orange Beach,Fl

We hit the slopes for a day, which my husband enjoyed immensely, me on the other hand, gave up rather quickly.     Hi! I stayed at your Summit rental in Snowshoe, WV a couple of years ago and I absolutely loved it!! I have a group of 6 people (possibly 8) that would like to visit Snowshoe again for the dates of March 1 - March 5. Can you tell me what the price of this would be and if the rental place is available?? I looked on the availability calendar and it does look like it is available but I just wanted to check and make sure. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.   • Antonio and Mayte, Thank you for the prompt return of our security deposit. I wanted to share some thoughts on our stay at your property. Ultimately we were very happy and had a terrific time. We were closer than we anticipated to the lifts and slopes and that was a great plus. We saw a ton of deer and it snowed a lot. The sunset was beautiful. The condo had all of the promised amenities and was a good size for our seven guests. Everything was terrific and we would definitely stay with you again. I will recommend the condo to other friends visiting Snowshoe.

  • Dear Antonio, We are at Snowshoe in Summit. What great place you have. Your ad on VRBO does not do justice to the amenities you have here.....you have pretty much thought of everything a tenant might enjoy and could use during a long weekend here. The weather has been absolutely great friday and yesterday and the slopes are in pretty good condition.
