This beautifully decorated second floor villa overlooks a spectacular 15,000 square foot resort-style pool set amid palm trees and lush landscaping. The "sugar" white sand beaches and crystal clear, blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are just a three minute walk or complimentary golf cart shuttle from your door.
The popular shops, restaurants, and activities of Rosemary Beach are a five minute stroll from Seacrest. It is only a ten minute drive to Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach which have their own unique blend of architecture and activities. Drive 15 minutes the other direction and you will be in Panama City Beach with all of its family activities. A 17 mile long biking, walking, and jogging path is at your doorstep.
There are many wonderful restaurants in the immediate vicinity or you may want to go to the nearby fresh seafood shop or local Publix grocery to stock up and cook your own meals in the fully furnished, modern kitchen.
This villa has a huge master bedroom and bath with a king-size bed. Another bedroom has two bunkbeds as well as a full-size bed and its own private bath. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed also with a private bath. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the family room. The full-size washer and dryer in the roomy laundry room are extremely convenient.

This condo is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the master bedroom has a large master bath and dressing area which is very nice. The pool is resort style and the view of it off the balcony is lovely. We enjoyed seeing the lights that were put on the palm trees and bushes around the pool for the Christmas season.......gorgeous at night! The location on 30A is a great place to be, especially if you like to walk or ride bikes and enjoy the sunshine.
Recommended for:People with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
