This is a non-smoking one bedroom, one bathroom condo with comfortable pull-out sofa and two small bunkbeds for children. It has tile floors, berber carpet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, pots & pans, etc. It has a convenient location on the first floor with elevator access. The property features 2 pools, washer/dryer on each floor, covered parking, and security gate. This is the perfect condo for a couple or a small family.
Sea Side Villas are on a beautiful stretch of beach on the Forest Beach area of Hilton Head. The complex is an oceanfront property. The condo does have an ocean view. Hilton Head is a wonderful retreat for golfers and tennis players. We are just a few blocks from the Players Club and just a five minute drive to Sea Pines & Harbor Town. This is the place to be if you love to bike! Wonderful paved biking trails through shaded parts of the island. You can not beat the location which is just minutes from Coligny Plaza, where you will find great dining, shopping, and nightly entertainment. And most of all you can not beat the rates!! These rates are some of the lowest for Sea Side Villas!
