Beautiful and sunny in perfect mountain location - only 5 miles from Vail Village on the free in-town bus route. Only a 15-20 minute bus ride to Vail Mountain/Village and Lionshead, only 5 minutes by car. Stone wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen, full size W/D, heated one-car garage with ski storage, large bedrooms and baths. 1700 sq. ft. fits 4 adults or a family of 5-6 comfortably. High speed cable wireless internet connection.

Lots of trees, large yard and 1 block from Bighorn Park - great for sledding with the kids.

Vail Racquet Club is 3 blocks away with outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs, workout facility, yoga/spin classes, and an excellent restaurant. Daily use rate $10/day adults, $5 kids under 10, at your cost.

Very kid friendly - high chair, crib, changing table, and stair gate available at your request.
