This is a COMPLETELY DETACHED property. Don't let the term "garage/apartment" mislead you. It is virtually a house, with a garage underneath. The property sits right next to a channel leading to the bay. For your boating enjoyment, there are two boat slips which can accomodate small outboard motor boats. One of them will always be available for rental use. There is a washer and dryer in the garage, for your use.
The huge deck out back is perfect for sunbathing in privacy or for cookouts with a bunch of friends. Parking is private and located safely away from the street.
